Your sign on the door said you would not be participating in the customer appreciation day due to staffing issues!!! Seriously!!! You had people making subs inside! This was just a way to bait and switch! I won’t be back! You made ALOT of people mad while I was there. Hope it was worth it!

Today, April 21^st, Jimmy Johns is doing a dollar sub promotion, apparently nationwide for, allegedly, «customer appreciation». If you Google the Orange City, Florida website immediately a banner comes up saying, «Customer Appreciation Day! $ 1 subs April 21^st 11am to 3pm». I’ve never eaten at Jimmy Johns, so I felt this would be a good chance to try them out. I drove several miles to Jimmy Johns in Orange City, walked up to the door and there was a sign taped to the door stating, «Due to staffing our store will not be participating in customer appreciation. but our other branches will be! We apologize for any inconvenience! First of all, there were at least 5, maybe 6 people behind the counter, so I don’t buy the staffing excuse. I was, of course, furious. Other people that came with the same expectation likewise walked away furious. Because of that and the principle involved, I will never, ever eat at a Jimmy Johns. Jimmy Johns of Orange City obviously you have no «appreciation» for your customers!

Skip this restaurant or it will ruin subs for you for ever. This Jimmy Johns has really gone down hill in a nasty way. I used to eat here a few times a month and today was honestly my last. I stopped in last Saturday with my family and turned right around and didn’t eat there due to the pungent sewer smell. This place smells like a septic tank exploded inside and I can only imagine the smell seeps into the breads and vegetables. It’s so bad I’ve lost my appetite both times as I can’t get this smell out of my nose.
I then stopped in again today (which is several days later) and it STILL smells like a nasty septic sewer spill. I don’t normally write these kinds of reviews but since this horrible experience has spanned multiple visits I feel obligated to warn you all. The manager or owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves forcing the employees to work in this condition with the doors shut. The least they could do is open the doors to let fresh air in and put a sign up warning their customers before they get the septic tank sewer smell stuck in their nose. Skip this place and eat at any of the other gazillion restaurants around.

This place has always been great whether I eat or dine in. Their subs are really the best in town… Subway is ok but the bread for the subs at Jimmy J’s is absolutely killer.
And the delivery service they offer is super convenient and fast. I couldn’t be happier with the place. Hope your experience is as good as mine has always been. But a good sub and fast service is obviously important to me.

3.7 miles and they won’t deliver? Ridiculous! NOT a happy customer! I’d give 0 stars if I could…

I order lunch here everyday! Delivery is super fast! The prices are terrible — way too expensive for what it is but otherwise excellent!

Stopped into Jimmy John’s last week for the first time. Never been to one before and heard their ads so thought I give them a try. Have to say I was not impressed with the sandwich. All I’ll say is that they are really overpriced in my opinion and I think Subway does a better job. Will not be back and cannot recommend Jimmy John’s.
