We hired TC Catering for our son’s birthday party, serving approximately 40 people. Our friends and family raved about the food! Teo runs a very professional operation. He sent me a complete listing of menu options, walked me through the processing of making selections, and his prices were very fair.
They showed up very early for our party, and they were set up and ready well before our guests arrived. We served tacos and quesadillas with three kinds of meats, along with a full spread of sides and agua fresca. Any special request was made fresh off the grill on the spot. The salsas made from scratch were incredible.
At the end, everyone was impressed. I will never cook for a party at my house ever again!

I hired TC catering for a birthday party and that is the best decision I’ve made. This is one of the best tacos I’ve ever tried. You can taste the quality in the meat, everything is fresh and cooked on sight. The hotdogs are amazing, they don’t use your ordinary buns and not to mention the Chico sauce, It is so good that I bought so to keep at home. I definitely have recommended all my friends and have will hire them again!
