Baristas here are very nice and know their stuff. Seasonal drinks are always a fun adventure. I recommend this to everyone because they take care to make each drink right each and every time. And if you are looking to get outside your comfort zone the baristas will help you find something wonderful to try.

This was such a great find! I finally found a a nitro coffee that I enjoyed! But of course, I was afraid to order a full cup of that so I stuck with what I knew, cold brew. And let me just say– theirs is also really, REALLY, really good! It wasn’t bitter at all. I loved it!!!

Best coffee in the IE wth out a doubt. They always provide prompt and friendly service. The baristas always greet you with a smile. If you ever have to wait it’s not because the service is bad but because the coffee is THAT good! You can’t go wrong with Klatch coffee!

I come here probably most frequently for my coffee. I refuse to go to Starbucks because their coffee is always so burnt, but not a problem with Klatch:)
It definitely takes a little longer to make than it would at Starbucks, but for the quality you receive it is well worth it.

Quick stop in before when this morning.
The nitro cold brew was excellent, with great flavor and a solid recommendation by the barista.
The eggel was tasty and didn’t take too long. Was a pretty decent breakfast sammie and I’ll be back.
The service was pleasant and helpful. My ‘Midwestern nice’ must be a rarity in this Klatch Coffee, as it seemed to catch the barista off guard, but they’re totally worth it!

Very unremarkable interior with few tables and seats. Today wifi was down all day. «Yes that happens a lot»
baristas told me. Unacceptable in 2016.
The coffee and lattes, however, are exceptional. But can’t give more than 3-​stars due to lame interior, sparse seating, and no wifi.

Being from Seattle, i love my coffee ;-) And although I love Starbucks, I also love finding small venues and one off establishments, but the coffee has to be great, and the service and atmosphere is just as important, especially if your hanging out or getting some work done. This place is awesome, they have great coffee, a super awesome staff, and a nice clean and simple atmosphere, along with free wi-​fi. I got there pretty early and although it got busier as I was there, all the customers were served timely and the vibe was just great, everyone was happy and chatting with the baristas and each other, you could tell the locals love this place. I am headed back there now to start day two of my business trip. The ultimate breakfast sandwich is delicious!

The services and people at this location is 180degreez upside then the one on foothill.
I don’t come to this location offend but the few times I came here; people who works here seem high and for some reason they can never my klatch card number. I have just loaded $ 50 at the foothill location and here they tell me there’s no $$$ on it.
I still love klatch, just not this location.

Klatch has always been one of my favorite coffee houses and they have great breakfast sandwiches as well! I love their white mocha with almond milk and their lite bite breakfast sandwich! Customer service is always up to par, which as well know makes or breaks a business.

I absolutely love klatch! Their Crème brûlée iced coffee is amaaazing! I also enjoy their Horchatte and ice teas. I’m really looking forward to exploring more of the menu. Besides the great coffee, the staff is beyond friendly! Always warm welcomes and smiling faces when you walk in. The 6 miles I drive is well worth it.

I loved the coffee they reccomended. The employees were super nice! Good vibes and just happy people. I personally liked the lavender drink. It’s definitely different than starbucks. Which is nice because I love trying something new! You can try new flavors and it’s organic coffee which is a huge plus!

I love Klatch Coffee in ONTARIO!
My usual go to drink is the Eskimocha. After this place, I don’t want to go to Starbucks anymore. You’re paying for the quality and you can actually have the sweetness (if that’s how you like it which is how I do) and you can actually TASTE the coffee as well, it’s a beautiful thing.
All the workers here are very friendly (Chase is very friendly, along with a couple of other gals who’s names I forgot) and always (from the times that I have been there) greet me when I first walk through their doors. They are very helpful as well when I have any questions about their desserts or drinks.
Can’t wait to come back and try more! :) Thanks guys, you rock!

I came here on my lunch break to get some caffeine into my system. This place is a little more pricey than Starbucks, but the quality is made better. The employees are very welcoming from the moment you step inside and to the moment you leave. The décor is hipster and modern.
I tried the crème brûlée latte with half sweeten. It was the best latte I had ever tried and the sweetness level was perfect!

Been wanting to come to this location for awhile but the hours aren’t that great and I have come twice to it being closed.
Finally, open and pretty full.
Service was excellent, drinks came out fast and were tasty.
We had a blended mocha and caramel coffees, both were good but a bit sweet.
We added an extra shot of espresso, but it could have used a second.
The quality is great, the place cute, small, but clean and well maintained.
Nice change from the big coffee chains, but not the best coffee I have ever had.
