Went once and everything was perfect! Went again today and did not get hand made tortillas, no chips or salsa, two pieces of lemon for our whole order. They ran out of soda, didn’t tell us they ran out of one if our dishes until everyone else got their food. Food is good, but this was too much!

Always welcoming, always enjoy their food. They make you feel like family and their food is so delicious. We have not one complaint from the first time we went till now. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for real homecooked meals and great service!

Don’t let appearance fool you, the food is delicious, the restaurant needs some work, this place is not one id like to dine in, but again the food is good so I’d take it to go.

horrible horrible horrible service! first time going to this restaurant and my lasttt!!! worst experience. i was here from 5pm –630 with noooo food i stopped by to eat a shrimp tostada mind you i was in a rush to get home. i figured a shrimp tostada wouldnt take long to serve. i was wrong. let me start of by saying first they forgot to give us our drinks (horchata&lemonade). i had to remind her 15 mins after she took our order. then they take 35 mins to bring out my bfs shrimp cocktail. my tostada? nothing !!! it turns out the cook gave out my food to another order .i was sooo upset. 1 hr ½ later !!! told her to forget my orde0r and bring my check … the manager short girl with black hair did nothing to helpp the situation they charged me $ 20 for a cocktail and lemonade & horchata way toooo overpriced! i asked the manager to dicsount the drinks and she straight up said nooooo!!! horrible never again will i go to this place not only horrible service but overpriced !!! please do not go here

I was suggested this restaurant by a friend. We were welcomed with great amuse! Like the saying MI CASA ES SU CASA! This is a most definitely a small family restaurant.
So, we ordered filet/​shrimp ceviche. Oh gosh was it amazing! The fish was cooked just perfectly.
We were made sure everything was well and carried a few conversations to make us feel home as possible

Highly recommended if you crave for hot or cold seafood and first timers with seafood! They take their time if u have questions on the menu!

Dont let the outdide fool you, this is the BEST seafood restaurant, I had the president tacos OMG they are good. The ceviche is the bomb!!! We also had the mariscoco We loved it. Hand made totillas and big servings.

This place wasn’t that great. Came on a Saturday night where they have karoake but it was so loud for such a small place, I couldn’t even hear myself think. The shrimp quesdilla was more tomatoes than anything and the oyster were so bad my friend didn’t even finish 3 of the 12. The tostada de pescado y camaron was pretty delicious though but the service was horrible. Took forever to even take our drink orders and had to flag down a waitress when we needed something and that was if we were lucky enough to catch their attention. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.

The absolute WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this horrible place. I was seated at 4pm and finally left at 5:15pm with NO food. I was told there were still orders ahead of mine and it would be another 10 or 15 minutes of waiting. Poor management, poor planning and unsanitary practices. The cook in the back was constantly interrupted by «friends» who wanted to chitchat or get a hug. I don’t know if that’s even proper under the health and safety code. I will NEVER be back and I would recommend not giving this place a try.

My dad and I went to Mariscos La Bahia Restaurant for lunch. And for our first time eating there I must say it was yummy to my tummy. I had the shrimp burrito and my dad ordered some fish tacos. The shrimp was so good, even though I was full I wanted to keep eating it. My dad’s fish tacos were really really good. The tortillas are made fresh there at the restaurant. Hats off to the chef. And the service is great. I will definitely go back again.

You can definitely see the difference in Management!!! We loved the food and service. Everyone in our party had a great review as well. I am a satisfied customer.

You would never even know this place was here just driving by! The white fish ceviche was really good and so was the burrito I ordered. If I was eating this place on food alone, I probably would have given them 4 stars. The service was really bad. It was one girl running the show by herself but we had to ask multiple times for refills, the check, etc. and it was very slow. Also, the air conditioner was either off or it was broken. Either way, it was borderline uncomfortable.

The food was ok, but the place is kinda empty during lunch hour which makes me wonder why. The neighborhood is kinda crappy and they don’t take cards. I work in the area, and am constantly looking for good Mexican food. This is another place that just doesn’t hit the head of the nail. I’ll maybe try it again in a few months and see if I have a better experience.

Horrible place! We had six in our party and the waitress only took two orders down and left. We told her not everyone had order. Her response was that the kitchen can not handle everyones order. I ordered a Michaela and that took 20mins to come out, my wife ordered a margarita and that took 40mins to come out. Also we were the ONLY people in the restaurant and this was for lunch. Awful and I mean awful service! The staff should be embarrassed with themselves!

Even though their food is pretty good, the service is terrible and they never have half of the menu items available… usually any pork dishes.
I only come here because I live 2 minutes away, and they have a great happy hour.
However, when I do come here, I expect to have at least 1 hour to spare, because that how it takes for you to be taken care of.

Coming in, we were like… this is it??? But don’t judge a book by its cover, right?
Honestly, the place looks dingy and old. It needs to be renovated like yesterday. Our waitress/​hostess was nice, but did not speak English, so that made me wonder…
My boyfriend ordered a michelada, which he loved, and the giant marisco/​shrimp/​everything cocktail, which he also loved. I’m not huge on fish, so I just ordered enchiladas suizas. I was worried because this is a fish place, and thought that anything other than fish would be subpar, but the rice was freshly made, the beans were nice, and the enchiladas were quite tasty.
There was a prom couple there, and I felt bad for her because if my date brought me here, I’d be a little offended. I agree with Jasmine C., that there were some tables that were dirty and remained uncleaned for our entire stay, but the food was good.

Not the best service. There was one table dining (on a Saturday night) and we still sat ourselves and waited a good 5 – 10 minutes for any attention at all.
Chips/​salsa/​beans — 5 star.
Traditional Mexican music — 5 star.
Margaritas were gross — 0 stars.
Fajitas had zero seasoning, were marginal at best.
The house special was decent.
All in all, paid $ 50 for our meal/​drinks (two of us) and it was far more than the food/​service was worth.
I do prefer locally owned restaurants and I’ll take this place over an On The Border any day but otherwise we won’t be back.

I love the owners! they are soo nice. good food, chile is good to put on everything. the juke box is a little annoying, and they do not have the best décor but as long as they have an A in the window i will continue to come here.

Second visit and very happy with the food and service.
This is a family owned and operated restaurant and has really nice atmosphere and features hand-​made tortillas
The chairs and tables are comfortable and kept clean. The wait staff was prompt and and did a pretty good job keeping my drink filled, which for me personally gets any restaurant from 4-​Stars to 5. The menu appears to have a very good selection, but so far I have only had the burritos. I recommend the shrimp burrito, It is pretty great.
