The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I walked in to set up an eyelash extension appointment I wasn’t really greeted or automatically helped but I made an appointment anyway. I walked in early for my appointment and I thought it was going to be a long wait but I was seated right away and what I loved the most was that it was completely pain-​free and quick! My lashes come out beautiful and long! I believe the girl’s name was Jessica but on the card that she gave me it said Denise. She was so nice and tried to talk to me but I was falling asleep while she was doing my lashes! I would definately go back! My mom said that she would be next because she loved how my lashes looked :)

This placed saved my life! After a bad eyelash extension service done by Bella’s Threading Salon, they were able to see me immediately and took extra care at removing the horrid lashes. Jessica was great and professional! Just make sure you bring cash because they don’t accept ATM.

i will never go here again! they missed so much hair i went and got waxed directly after! what a waste of money i wish i knew the name of the girl all i know is she was tall and did the job in seriously 1 min! its my fault i should have checked befor i left but i trusted them :(

My husband purchased a package coupon for me. When I called, the phone etiquette was less than professional. There is only one person who does hair, and apparently only she can make the appointments– so I was told to call back. I ended up calling later and scheduling all the included services in my package: a mini-​facial, eye brow threading, and a haircut. The threading was a good experience. I had never had that done before. The facial was also ok. But I was not asked, well, anything. I thought she would want to know what type of skin I had or if I had any special concerns. She also didn’t tell me anything about the products she used. She also rubbed product pretty firmly on my eyes, so there was some significant burning.
When I arrived on the day of my hair appointment, the stylist wasn’t there. The other girls explained that she was sick and wasn’t coming but they thought she called her clients. I’m not going to say she DIDN’T call me, but I never got the message. The general attitude of the other girls was «sorry, there’s nothing we can do». My husband called the owner, who was the person who actually sold him the package, and let him know what happened. He was apologetic and seemed willing to make the situation right. I received a call from the stylist soon after. She was pretty rude and began the conversation by saying, «I don’t know why you called the owner, because I work for myself.» I was floored!!! How would I, as a potential client, ever know that?! At that moment I decided to screw the coupon– they will never have my business. I VERY RARELY complain about things like this, but wow, their customer service was way below par. That coupon package was supposed to sell me on how great House of Beauty could be for me, and it seemed more like they thought they were doing me a favor.

I got 3 gift packages for My Daughter, Katie’s 1^st Mothers Day and My CoGrandma, Susan and myself… I was a bit afraid after reading some of the Reviews… We each have 3 visits for hair cut Style and Waxing And eye brow threading… Zandra did my Hair OMG she was Amazing Love her… Katie and Susan Got Eyebrows threaded Love it and I will do that next Visit… It’s not a Fancy Salon but it is Very Clean and I really Loved the Service… I feel bad I didn’t get the Girls name that did the Threading but She was Very Good… Thank YOU for making our Girls day Great!!!

I came here and got eyelash extensions with Marissa and Andrea and they look awesome! Super cheap very friendly staff. The shop is very clean and they offer alot of services from henna tattoo’s, threading, body waxing, hair color and full makeup. i will be back!

i wish i didn’t even have to give this place 1 star! this place has the worst customer service ever! i went there to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time and they had cut me with the scissors twice and didn’t even apologize or do anything for me. this will be the one and only time i will ever go to this horrible place to get anything done.
