Frazee Paint & Wallcovering

Never heard of this place. All I know is one of there workers parked way to close to me and I could barely get inside my car. There were at lease 30 empty spaces to the right or left and this guy decides to park 2 inches away from me.
Ticked me off so much I googled them and posted this. Seemed intentional.

What an Awesome place, been coming here for 12 years plus and I always get pleasant service from the crew, I got the wrong shade, was not a problem to return, the Manager Jerry took care of me as always.
I highly recommend this location, all of the staff members give you professional service.

Worst customer service EVER.
1) I called to learn about their operating hours… no answer. I called 5 times for an hour. I finally called their Montclair store to see if this store was closed or out of business. Nope he said they should be open.
2) We arrive and we have to wait for the man working in the store to unlock it. The store is empty and the sign says they have been open since 7 am? What’s going on?
3) Christian music is blaring! I’m actually a person of faith myself but it was a bit unnerving.
4) We arrive and are rudely told that a paint we paid $ 25.00 in West Covina is $ 40 in his store. We ask, «That’s odd… its a chain right? Is it common for prices to vary like that?» His response, «I don’t know. Management doesn’t tell me anything.» Wow.
5) We then try see if there are cheaper alternative and can we use a Groupon certificate. That was the kicker! «Oh I don’t what even know what that is! I’ve never seen that before and I am not going to try figure out how to use it! I told you management doesn’t tell me anything.»
Yikes. Management should tell this guy he’s fired. Actually he kind of scared me. In the end we high tailed it back to West Covina trying to get to their before they close for the weekend. Pass on the Ontario branch of this place… try Montclair or West Covina instead. Both have friendly staff who actually want to help you get your paint on.
