Bostonian-Clarks Outlet

I should have checked Unilocal first, but went to the Brea Mall only to find the Bostonian store long gone. I live in NV and had been going every 18 months or so for nearly 9 years. …so on to Unilocal and I found the Clarks shoe outlet on the way back to NV next to the I-​15.
Well unfortunately for me they discontinued the shoe refurbishing program (you could send your high end Bostonian shoes back to the factory to be re-​soled, polished and have new linings installed– it was a great deal, while it lasted). The good news, well none really– but the same guy that worked at the Brea Mall for many years is now at the Clarks Outlet still giving amazing service!
I guess I will need to find a new manufacturer for my dress shoes going forward.

I have been a fan of Bostonian shoes for awhile now and was in need of a new pair. I went the outlet at the Ontario Mills and unfortunately they did not have my size in stock but had plenty in the wheelhouse. I decided to order them and The sales clerk shipped them to my work at no charge.
I received them about a week later right on time, the right size and style!
I definitely recommend their shoes they are comfortable and their service is fantastic!

I walked in for my first time to this store location for my first pair of Clark boots, my experience was great due to Guillermo’s great customer service! he assisted me with great help in finding me different size’s in boots, and help me save money in different discounts, and had a good knowledge of the different shoes in the store. I would definitely be referring friends and family to this store location for their future purchase in shoes…

Review is long overdue but Corin (manager) was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to accommodate me and followed up with a phone call. When I need another pair of dress shoes I’ll definitely come back here!

Great customer service from Corrine. She greeted me very quickly as I walked into the store. She told me about the specials on dress socks (6 for $ 22). Great deal. I asked her for some help finding a specific shoe. She didn’t have it. So she said that she can order it. Then told me about there other special that they have going. Buy 2 and get one free of there already great prices on footwear. My wife was looking for some boots. Then they started talking boots. She helped her with her selection. Unfortunately they didn’t have her size. And offered to order it as well. Corrine made my visit here a very enjoyable experience. I wish all people were this helpful. Thank you very much Corrine.

Sometimes one finds a store that brings the customer in as a member of the family, offering respect and concern with a desire to please. For many years, I have been custome of Clarks/​Bostonian outlet, knowing in advance that Corinne and her crew will respond with excellent care and concern for quality and cost. This is not a regular shoe store that its personnel responsible for sign in and check out; it’s a work place where both the employee and the manager share the need of bringing an efficient and personable solution to your needs.
