Me and my significant other were in town for a wedding. Local, big hotels were either sold out, or asked an astronomical price. Redwood had rooms and decent price. So I thought might as well, tough it out for 2 days. My expectations were not the highest, from lack of website, to fairly bland Google street view. Boy was I wrong. First impression were hotel owners. They checked us in, gave our keys. They were friendliest bunch you’d ever meet. But you are not here to read about owners. You want to know about the hotel. Hotel itself looks like it was just built yesterday. Very comfy beds. Flat screen TV. All new room amenities. Electrical plugs by the beds. A small table you can work on. Blazingly fast WiFi. Keurig machine for your morning coffee. Impeccably clean when we got in(I watch Hotel Impossible, and I did few of those«tests» for cleanliness). They have nice touches, like double-paned glass with blinds inside. Brand new quiet air conditioner that can make your room feel like you are in arctic, if that’s your thing. Laundry is available with modern equipment and free. Backyard area has picnic tables, and grills you can use if you want to throw a bbq party. This place is a very well-hidden gem, and feels like second home. It is quite obvious that owners love this place. Only bad thing I can think of, they are not easy to book. I couldn’t find them on typical travel sites, and they do not have a website.

Beautiful, clean, lovely owners. We came up from North Carolina to play in the Cooperstown baseball tournament. Our team rented out the whole Inn for the week. We loved the screened porch where w could all gather and relax. I would highly recommend this place.
