The reviews for this company looked great, so I scheduled them for three rooms in my home. The first time they called the night before to cancel and reschedule, which was fine. They were supposed to come this morning at 9 am and called to cancel at 8:50 am. We had moved most of the furniture out of the three rooms so I really couldn’t wait two more days as he suggested in his voice mail. I will be calling someone else.

VERY happy we used Simply Steaming! Had a chair and a large sectional cleaned and we are so pleased with the outcome… looks brand new (and smells nicer). Have used other franchise compainies in the past, decided to try Simply Steaming (as pricing was competitive) and am very happy with our choice. Dave and his cleaning abilities are unbeatable. Would highly recommend!

Doug did a great job on my carpets! Everything smells so fresh and clean. He did the entire house himself in one afternoon. Doug was able to work the carpet cleaning around the delivery of my new furniture and even came out to give me a free bid on the job. Doug really takes pride in his work. I will definately call him for future work.

Doug did an excellent job on our whole house carpet cleaning. He was flexible enough that he could come a day prior to when we had scheduled which helped us immensely during our move.
The carpet’s he cleaned were on a foreclosed house we had just purchased and the carpets weren’t terrible, but after Doug was through with them, it was noticeably better. We were pleasantly surprised with the result. He even let us keep his special dryer an extra day so that we could dry them overnight as we needed to have completely dry carpets to handle the movers the next day.
Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get personal service from a locally owned small business in which the owner is the person doing the job.
