Red Robin. Cons: In my opinion, their menu is too large. I’m biased, because this is my pet peeve pertaining to restaurants, but I find their menu overwhelming. I think it would be easier for them to pull off the«gourmet burger» theme that they’re going for with a more streamlined menu. I also think that the whole free unlimited fries thing is a little awkward now that you repetitively have to ask if you want them. When our basket was brought out, there was about eight fries in it. We didn’t really need more than that because fries also came with our meal, but the presentation just looked a little sad. Food-wise, this time I simply ordered the classic Red Robin burger with American cheese. My only complaint was that the whole thing ended up being kind of soggy. I think there needs to be some more substance to the bun. It just kind of disintegrated. Another con is the prices here. Personally, I find Red Robin overpriced. I think they could knock every menu item down a couple bucks, and then it’d be about right. Pros: Ranch, ranch, ranch. Campfire sauce! If you aren’t having those two sauces with your fries, you are missing out. Red Robin has excellent ranch. Campfire sauce is delicious. You can get those both for free, which is a definite perk. It’s nice that they offer gluten-free buns for people who need that. This particular red Robin has a very nice dining area. It’s clean and in a good location. What I want to brag on most in this review, though, is Zach, our server. He was great. Having been a server myself at points, there were a couple things in particular that sent Zach apart. 1. He continued to offer us water and check on us after we had paid the bill. Sometimes after the bill is paid and the tip line filled in, you become dead to the server. Not so to Zach. That says a lot. 2. I had gotten a box for my leftovers, but ended up eating them because of how long my friend and I lingered at the restaurant. Because of this, I left the box on the table. As we were walking out the door, out pops Zach with the box in his hand. «Did you want your box?» he asked, concerned. Come on guys, that’s awesome. We all know how deeply it cuts when you have your leftovers boxed up and you leave them on the table of the restaurant. Even though I had already eaten my leftovers, the fact that Zach tried to save me from this tragedy deserves praise. Conclusion: Props to Zach. I don’t think that Red Robin is the best by any means, but it’s a decent place to stop by every once in a while.

Service was so-so. Waiter was nice but seemed like he didn’t want to be there. My husband and I both ordered burgers«pink» and got them well-done instead. We told our waiter, who apologized but did nothing about it. We also asked for crayons for the 4yo three times. Once from the hostess after being seated and given a kid’s menu without crayons, then once to our waiter, who forgot, then a random server who passed by. Probably won’t be back. There are plenty of other places in Omaha to get a decent burger. I don’t really care for the«it’s a chain» excuse. If you order something, you should get what you ask and pay for.

There food is ok, but it took a while to get there. I dont like the new kiosk at the table. There is not enough room as it is. Maybe the next time it will be better.

The food here is about what you would expect of a chain burger joint. Every time I go, the food is consistent, as it should be. Their bottomless fries are a nice feature, however the burgers and chicken are just ok.

We have come here before and it has been so so. My kids had an all day swim meet and they were hungry after and requested to go here. It was terrible from the moment we walked in and I will never go back. No one was at the hostess stand and there were open tables. We stood for about 10 minutes before we were seated. It took another 10 minutes for a server to come by and we asked for waters-which took a while to get. We ordered pretzel bites for an appetizer-which never came. My three kids ordered 2 chicken nuggets and one order of a «large» kids pasta and my mom and I ordered salads. Should not have been difficult. It took nearly an hour for our food and they were not busy! The table next to us sat down about 15 minutes after us and they ordered their food, ate, and left before we got ours. When our food came, my grilled chicken on my salad was ice cold in the middle. I sent it back and it was clearly microwaved and the same piece I got back. None of my kids sides were correct. The server asked how our food was and I said«not good» and he just said oh. And it cost $ 60 for terrible food! I will never go back and will be spreading the word to all of my friends!!! Wish I could not even give a single star.

The service was good but not the happiest with my food. I have always loved their clam chowder but the past couple times I have got it I have not liked it. It has been very watery and not filled with many clams or potatoes. So I would not recommend it there anymore sadly.

The kitchen did mess up my order from normal fries to sweet potato, but the waitress(Brittany) was quick to fix the problem and was very nice. The food was great.

Good food and consistent service. They have tons of burgers to choose from and they all come with endless fries. Try their fish and chips.

We were here on a busy Saturday night. It was very noisy, almost to the point of not being able to converse easily. My daughter and I shared a cheeseburger which was average at best. It was a little dry and did not have much flavor. It seemed like you should get a little more burger for the price you pay. The fries were good and my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich. Our service was acceptable.

Yes, this restaurant is a national chain, something I like to avoid, but we were lured in with the free birthday burger, plus they offer gluten free buns. They have perfected The burger with all the gooey delicious toppings because that is their sole focus. I ordered the chophouse burger, which was topped with cheese, mustard, steak sauce, and onion straws… need I say more? My only complaint was that I ordered no pink and my burger did have pink. I also appreciate that I can order a decent side salad instead of fries. Speaking of fries… be prepared that they serve steak fries, which are thicker cut than regular fries. The wait staff was very accommodating and turned the channel on the nearest TV so we could watch the game.

Just had lunch there today. Food was okay and average for this franchise chain, but management must have been asleep in the back. Half the restaurant with dirty tables left unclean and wait staff poking around while people steamed, waiting for service of any kind. At this rate, this building will be offered for rent for another business to use in the not distant future.

We came here as my nephew wanted a burger for his birthday dinner. As a chain restaurant, it is an okay place to grab a bite. Our waitress was friendly and stopped by to check on us and ask if we needed refills as often as necessary. Their menu in my opinion is way too big. It’s the size of a kids story book, and is hard to follow. I had the ‘Smoke and Pepper’ burger off of their ‘Red Robin’s Finest’ and think I definitely made the right choice. The burger was cooked to an as requested medium rare, and the ‘smoke and pepper’ ketchup was actually very tasty. Overall a good burger, I was happy with it. The rest of our party was not quite as impressed. Nothing was bad, just not great. My nieces burger was really greasy, and my wife indicated hers didn’t have much flavor overall. My daughter did enjoy the games up front, so if you have kids, that is a good way for them to waste some of your change, and prevent them from wiggling in their seats for a while.

I had always wanted to try Red Robin and I wasn’t disappointed! The restaurant was clean and the service was great. We had the pretzel bites for an appetizer and they were good. I had the Whiskey Burger. I can honestly say it was the best burger I have ever had! I’ll definitely be back again.

I used to like Red Robin, but lately, it is not very good. I also have felt sick, the last two times I went there. All I could get there was a well-done hamburger. The server asked me,” how do you want your burger done”.? I said«Medium rare». He smiled and went away. He came back, still smiling, with a well-done hamburger. I called him back and said, «I wanted my hamburger done, medium rare. He smiled again and took it back and brought another burger… you guessed it well — done. After about three burgers, I came to the conclusion that they don’t know how to cook a burger any way, other than well-done. So, if you like well done, tasteless shoe leather, this is the place for you.

Finally tried Red Robin. To say the least I was very disappointed, the food all the way down to the service. You can honestly make better burgers at home and not have to watch employees talk away to eachother, even getting your change back takes forever!

Food is good, have eaten here and out of state as well. It’s consistent. My issue is with this location — service. Last time we went, hostess was going to seat us by the noisy kitchen. We asked for a quieter table on the other side. She turned heel, apparently pissed off and marched way ahead of us, threw down the menus and took off. Yes, really. Looked like some odd behavior between the manager and a female server, I’m not spelling out the details here, but pretty unprofessional behavior. Women’s restroom wasn’t too neat. We haven’t been back since. I think we can find a better burger joint or see if there is another one in town that has decent service.

OK… poo poo chain restaurants if you must, but RR is a good bail-out for me when an indie joint is not available. The newer burnin’ love burger just rocks. They have a greek themed burger that is terrific, too. It is new and called the Olympian I think. Endless seasoned steak fries rock. Bottomless drinks rock. Friendly service is a plus. RR is alway consistent and a little better than the average chain.
