Been here half a dozen times. At first it was good then just okay nothing to write home about, but now well I think the single star speaks for itself.

My boyfriend and I have been here numerous times, and I think we finally had our last visit. The atmosphere is appropriate for a sports bar, but the staff is some of the most off-putting help we have ever met. The bartenders seem to find it more necessary to either gossip or flirt with the wait staff than help their patrons. On our last visit, the bartender held her hand over the bar, expecting me to hand her my glass(I looked up from my phone after I had agreed to a refill and saw her standing there doing this… and the glass was right in front of her). I was floored. The entrees are good, but the appetizers have constantly been less than satisfactory. I do not think we will be visiting this establishment again.

First time here and we were totally impressed. Nice comfortable sports bar with a great atmosphere. Our first waitress Skye(sp?) was fantastic. She was prompt, courteous, nice and truly enjoyed her job it seemed like. The place was busy but she was always there when we needed her. Prices were great on our beers and the menu is large. I had the turkey burger the California way — pico de gallo and avocado. I have never ordered a turkey burger out and I will definitely order one again there. My partner had the mushroom swiss burger and it was loaded with fresh mushrooms and was piping hot. She loved it! Good skinny fries topped it off. We were there during a shift change so Morgan took over and she was just as friendly as our first waitress. In fact everyone there had a smile on their face, said hello and made you feel welcome. Service is what brings me back to a place if I can’t decide where I want to go. I will be back and I will share the word on this place. Great experience all around. Kudos to the management of this place.

Went last night and had their strawberry and chicken salad(yes I know I’m supposed to get the pizza) and it was very tasty! Enjoyed it a lot and the other meals I’ve had there too. My husband and boys all had huge burgers they loved, one in particular was the Morning Glory with bacon and egg on it; my 8 year old son devoured it! Only complaint I would have was kind of sketchy check in with the hostess who was using her mobile phone while I waited to talk to her, but that’s not the norm.

Nice place. Good burgers. Fries were a bit too salty for my taste, but not bad. We will definitely come back.

Another good West O sports bar and a great place to stop for diversity in general. Have eaten a burger, wings and even prime rib. The food has never disappointed and this is a good place to watch a game(pretty much any games as there are TVs everywhere). Service has been hit or miss but it has been awesome when it is good.

Was just there again and again, great food and service. Their burgers are the best in town and their staff is excellent

Love love love eating and drinking here! The Reuben sandwich, PB&J wings, and Union Specialty pizza are some of my favorite things. They always have a good variety of tap beers and rotate them with the seasons. Very clean and tons of TVs to watch any game you want! The service is awesome every time I go. Definitely a great value for the amount of food you get and their specials are awesome. Half price burgers all day Wednesday? You can’t beat that!

The pizza tasted like nothing and the crust was soggy.

Very loud. Bartender has the personality of a rock. Nacho chips were stale. This is the second or third restaurant in this location. I seriously doubt they will make it. And wifi connection is terrible.

5th time here, still waiting for a night with even average service. It’s too bad, great location but EVERY employee seems to care less about their job.

I had to downgrade this joint even further. This will be it, as I won’t be going back. Ordered our food, waitress delivered and was absent the rest of the night. Not one time did she come back. I had to go and get my own refills at the bat, again had to go to the bar to get to-go boxes. She finally showed up with the check. The food was a 4 on a scale to 10. That’s being generous. Burger overcooked and under-seasoned. Something happened to the pizza, it even was below average, very greasy.

Love, love, love their wings! Best in Omaha! Their Reuben is to die for and pizza is super good too. I’ve never had a bad meal there!

Pizza is completely flavor-less. Dough has ZERO flavor/seasoning, resembling cardboard. Sauce is possibly plain tomato paste, with no seasoning what so ever. Toppings must be frozen and/or from a low quality supplier as even with high quantity on the pie, Salt & Pepper barely brought out their flavor. Sandwiches had very low quantities of meats/cheeses to bread ratios, across 6 different selections. Appetizers were average.

The pizza is good! Worth the trip. Unfortunately for a «sports bar» they played music instead of having any of the TV’s sound on. This was one of the biggest sports days on the calendar… Spurs vs Clippers, more MLB than # of TV’s, and the Kentucky Derby. We had to ask to have the music off during the derby. Once the race was over, the music came back on.(Oh, and ½ the bar left). I guess I expect to listen to the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight analysis or end of derby discussions or ANYTHING else than top 40 music. Take«sports bar» off the name and it’s fine.

After having one bad experience, I decided to give this place another try. This time was much more enjoyable. I ordered the personal size of the chicken spinach pizza, which was rich and tasty. The personal size was just perfect. They also have GF crusts. I ordered a Moscow mule which really packed a punch of mule! It was strong and refreshing.

Not surprisingly, Union Pizzeria is just as bad out west as it was downtown. The garlic on the pizza was from a jar, the thing was caked with cheese but not in a good way, and the onion rings were the frozen variety that you buy from the supermarket. There are way better pizza options in this part of town so do yourself a favor and try one of those.

Reminds me of Tanners. Pros: good service, lots of TV’s. Probably good for beer & tv. BqQ sauce is good. Food: – burger was dry and not even sure if it was fresh or frozen so I am guessing since it was dry and had a fake char broil taste that it was just reheated. Edges were really chewy. I ordered it medium-well and it came well done. Poor quality and rubbery. Culvers has better burgers, by far. If you want an awesome fresh burger go to Stella’s in Bellevue! Pizza not any different than Godfather’s according to husband. We prefer Old Chicago. Verdict: not worth returning for unless you mainly want TV and beer.

If you’re a sports fan and just want to hear the game and not be able to hear your spouse or friends then this is your place. The place is sort of small but works. Service was okay, nothing special though. The drinks and food are little pricey when compared to similar places. They do have football shaped beer glasses for the sports fanatics. I would have just preferred a pilsner or pint glass as they’re just easier to grasp. Happy hour specials weren’t impressive and many other area bars have better deals. I think it was maybe a dollar off some draft beers. The noise from the games on tv was just over the top loud. I couldn’t have a conversation with the person across the table from me without feeling like I was shouting at them. It’s possible we were in a bad spot under a speaker, but there were plenty more tables along the wall with the same set up that were most likely just as loud. We both ordered wings and they were okay. The sauces were a little different than other places and I’d recommend the voodoo sauce. Not sure we’ll make it back here. Nothing really stood out for me at this place.
