Smaller tanning salon with excellent customer service and tanning beds. No annoying upselling here. I have been tanning 3x and am darker now than I got at Palm Beach Tan in 1 month. Make the switch people!

Best tanning salon in Omaha! I have been going here for years. The beds are clean, prices comparable and the staff is amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable about products and the beds!

Paradise Bay overview: new building, great new beds, very clean. The prices are very competitive with other places around Omaha. I don’t normally tan on a regular basis but wanted to get some color so I wouldn’t fry on my honeymoon. The unlimited month package I got was only like $ 49 after my discount for belonging to lifetime fitness. The beds are very high quality and new. It’s definitely clean and just doesn’t feel grimy or used like some of the other tanning salons I’ve been to. Once you’re set up as a customer they just ask for your name and fingerprint to identify you. My only complaint is that the staff don’t seem to be very genuine. They keep things clean but are usually having their own gossip session and are too busy to really greet you. I always feel like I’m interrupting them, which doesn’t really make me feel like a valued customer.

I had a membership with Paradise Bay tanning for about 18 months. The place itself isn’t terrible; the beds are decent and the pricing is comparable to other tanning facilities in Omaha. The one thing that irked me was that I recently moved and they require a 30-day cancellation notice for their«memberships.» I was notified by my company 27 days prior to moving that I would be moving out of state and so I requested that my membership be cancelled. The girl at the desk told me they would in fact charge my card the month after I moved because it was less than 30 days out – by three whole days… So, I went to the owner, Sally, and explained my circumstances. She then told me there was nothing she could do – not exactly what I would expect from a small business owner. So…I moved Sept 30 to Arizona and Paradise Bay charged my CC just last week(Oct 15) for a final month’s membership even though I haven’t lived in Nebraska since Sept 30… We’ll see if they attempt to charge my card in November… Not a good end result but my circumstances were not normal.
