Papa John’s Pizza

This is my go to pizza place! Great food! I chose carry out today (normally I get delivery, and they are pretty quick) but the staff especially the manager was so friendly! They were super busy (Sunday lunch) and my order was taking longer than expected, but she was quick to fix it with me! Definitely recommend!

Very poor service, ordered a pizza from here today during a snowstorm and while I was expecting it to take longer than the normal allotted 45 – 60 minutes the staff just lied to me when I called at 80 minutes and again at 110 minutes. If they would just tell me the truth I’d have no issues but the manager tried to cover her ass and repeatedly lied to me. They will not get my services at this location again. The pizza was ice cold when it arrived, if I hadn’t been starving I’d have sent it back.

I will never eat at this location again and to be honest the experience will make me rethink eating at any other Papa John’s. We had looked on my phone for specials but instead of placing the order on the phone (painful) we decided to drive to the store and order while we were out. They refused to honor any of the online specials. I sat down and attempted to place my order twice on my phone and could not. I asked again for them to honor the online price/​special and they refused. It was the shift manager waiting on us. We left. We called monday and spoke with a different shift manager who confirmed that it was easy to input codes (readily available to staff) to honor online prices when requested) She offered 2 pizzas and I asked for a call back from the general manager. I sent an email on Thursday as I had not heard. I sent another email on Wednesday because I had not heard but at this point, we called in to get the two free pizzas. The interaction with the staff (including the same rude shift manager that had bungled the original order) was so off, that I threw out the pizzas. I finally on Thursday heard from an area manager not affliated with this store. He seemed concerned and offered me another 2 free pizzas to ANY other store. But I will NEVER go into this location.
