Didnt recieve my complete order. The manager on duty said I never ordered the item in question. Didnt offer to correct the error.
Well, to me it doesnt matter if I’m right or he is. Fix the issue and move on. I didnt call to tell them I wanted anything free. I called them to get the Coke my pregnant wife was craving. For being a locally owned Dominos.
You would think they would have a shred of customer service. There are plenty of other pizza places around. We dont order it often, but this is one place we will never go to again.
