I was really worried when I read the previous reviews. I had a wonderful experience. Mike is the counter cashier worker. He greeted me first with a nice smile and was very helpful with the menu. Gave me honest polite opinions that helped me feel better about my decision to eat there. Gave me a nice recommendation to try the Mac n cheese, which I added as a side. Overall great service start to finish. I looked around the store. It was clean, not too packed. Plenty of tables and booths to sit and eat. Only one table had some dirty bowls left on it. I recommend giving this location a try. I wasn’t disappointed.

This place is busy during dinner with only one register open. Customer service is terrible and slow and they are out of Rice Krispie treats and strawberries for the kids meals. Went to find a place to sit and every table is dirty. No towels in the bathroom. Food took 15 minutes to receive and it was not hot — the cheese didn’t even melt.

I really like a few of the dishes at Noodles & Company. The Pad Thai, Indonesian Peanut Sauté, and Chinese Chicken Chop Salad are my go to entrees. The kids meals are a good value as well — spaghetti and meatballs is my son’s favorite. It comes with 2 sides, a drink, and a treat. Not bad for 5 bucks. Unfortunately, the service lately leaves much to be desired. The gentleman taking orders on my most recent visit barely said two words beyond stating my total after I ordered. In reviewing my receipt while waiting for my food, I noticed he had entered the wrong entrée onto the ticket. Accuracy and communication need to drastically improve before I will return. I’ll be frequenting other quick serve restaurants in this shopping center for awhile.

Crappy service… tried to tell the hostess that there was something wrong with the restroom. Instead of listening she glared at us and slammed all our food down.

I like this place a lot. Good options for food and especially now with the Buff bowls. The staff here is friendly and swift. They try to accommodate any special requests. Not sure why the low ratings on Unilocal.I have had good experiences in my 10 visits so far. I tried the chicken dumplings, tomato basil bisque, bangkok curry and japanese buff bowls. I love all of them.

I usually like this place but I am basing this review off the last time I was at this location. I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore which is usually fantastic. Nope not this time. The noodles were stuck together and were overcooked. It only had a couple pieces of chicken(not near as many as usual), and the veggies were sparse. They did not even put any mushrooms in it which was a disappoint. Maybe someone new was back there, maybe they were having a bad day, but for the price I want my food to be proper. Since I ordered this to go I did not want to waste my time going back, If I was dining it they would of sure heard about it. The staff is friendly enough though at the counter hence the 3 stars. I really think they need kids sizes(not just small, but a «children’s menu»). I will give it another try but I don’t think I would order that anymore. If it happens again though I wont be back.

Maybe Unilocaling gets their attention, I came and everybody was clean shaved, I mean the cooks and personnel. busy for Friday night. My buttered noodles perfect!, I can’t say more. Service good.

Hide the salt from these people. Very friendly staff average price great alternative to normal take out. 1. Shave, wash your clothes and take a bath before you come to work. 2. Explain options. It was my first time felt they only had a few options. 3. Less is more on the salt. WOW. I don’t think I would come back. Too many other options in the area.

I’ve been here twice for dinner and was pleased booth times. Portions are fine I feel and the flavors are good also. Several things on the menu if like to try so ill be back.

Worst bowl of Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Barely any sauce, it’s full of black pepper, which is the only flavor I can taste. Scrambled eggs are in huge chunks, the noodles all stuck together, barely any green onions. In a word: Yuck. Never again.

Meh explains it. The staff was very friendly, bubbly and pleasant. I was disappointed with the stroganoff. The Mushrooms were canned and had a cheap low quality taste which permeated the dish. Charge an extra 10 cents and use fresh ingredients.

This is a great light dinner place. Good selections, good quality food, mostly friendly servers. Good take out process.

The noodles were not cooked all the way. Very bland and overpriced. Avoid if you can.

Pretty much the only chain restaurant I will willingly eat at. I like their Asian fusion menu and have never had a bad meal. If I could afford Japanese or Thai noodle dishes daily I would indulge. However, sometimes you are on a budget. Dine in OR carry out. Pretty good no matter what you do! Cheap, large portions and fresh. Plus ORGANIC tofu, yum! I am a fan. Oh, and have you tried the gigantic $ 1.50 rice krispee treats? Too big to enjoy all at once, but a delight to nibble on all afternoon after your lunch date. Liking it– thumbs up!

After trying the Past Fresca at the Taste of Omaha, my wife insisted on going to the actual restaurant. We finally got a chance to stop out there for lunch today. As expected, the line was somewhat long since it was just after noon. Fortunately, it moved quickly. In all, it took maybe 15 minutes from the time we arrived until we received our food. We both ordered the Past Fresca(Penne with balsamic, olive oil, white wine and roasted garlic, red onion, tomato, spinach, and parmesan). I initially considered the macaroni and cheese but changed my mind at the last minute. While it was tasy, it wasn’t the most flavorful pasta dish that I’ve ever eaten. That said, it ain’t bad for $ 7. It’s a good alternative for lunch especially in a world of burger joints, pizza, mexican, sandwiches, etc. I’ll likely go back to try their # 1 selling dish, the mac n’ cheese. Give it a try.
