We stopped here for the first time. It was pretty slow in the place but the fella working came up and explained the menu items to us which was nice since we had never eaten here. The 2 sizes are both sort of large and the selections are good. We had my 2 year old so I sort of wish they had a smaller kids size, but it worked out because the Mac and cheese is wicked delicious so we ate his leftovers. I would certainly come back here, the 3 different meals we ordered were all amazing, the garlic bread was very good and the service was outstanding. I wish we had these places where we’re from because I could entirely see us coming here more often. For a quick meal this place is the place to go. Good was great, selection was great, customizability was great, and the service was out of this world awesome.

Food was fair nothing great. I really wouldn’t go out of my way to suggest or visit noodles & company. I had the bbq pork sandwich with tomato bisque. The pork in the sandwich was dry and flavorless. You really had to drown it in bbq sauce to give it flavor. The bisque was okay had a bit of ginger in it that kinda through me off.

* Takeout Only * I’ve only ordered online and picked up my order — so my review is based only on that. It’s on my drive home from work and it is convenient to online order, select a time for pickup, and be on my way. The online order process is SO easy, and I’ve never had any problems with accuracy when ordering online. Their food is really delicious and packaged well for take-out. I wish the access to this place was less dumb — it’s in a weird location. Some of their flavor combinations are a little strange, but you can fully customize items with the online tool so if you know there is something you don’t like (cilantro, for me) you can request it be removed.

I enjoy much of the food at Noodles & Company, however I have had many bad experiences with takeout orders. All too often, I’ve had my orders screwed up. I don’t notice until I get home. They are good at correcting the situation, however I must drive 20 min back to the restaurant. Not a good use of my time.

Enjoyed a Saturday evening dinner here with the kids. Place was almost empty. Very friendly and attentive service, facility was also very clean. We ordered 4 different dishes and each had a drink which totaled $ 31. We all enjoyed our meals and appreciate that they offer great options for kids and adults alike. I think as a whole there could be a bit more flavor depth to the noodle dishes but that could also be our fault for not adding in more embellishments. Overall though, we will definitely be back! Great spot for the family or a nice lunch.

1 star not because of the company, but because of this specific location. I have NEVER EVER had a correct order here. I love Noodles and the food, but this is the closest location to me. I live less than a mile from here.
My orders have never even been difficult. I order the same thing every time and each time, it’s a fail. Indonesian peanut sauté with no veggies and sprouts. The noodles are always dried out and lack sauce. I just can’t eat here anymore…

The timing of getting our food was long in between. My friend got her food and mine didn’t come for almost 10 minutes later even though we ordered at the same time.
We got Spaghetti and Meatballs, and the Alfredo MonteMore. The alfredo dish was very good. I do not recommend the spaghetti. The meatballs taste like they come from a bag in the freezer aisle.

Restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed. Counter service had trouble with the register and our order ended up being incomplete
Restaurant had many tables that were still dirty as we looked for a place to sit down. Need to work on that a bit
Food order came out in pieces and parts rather than all at once. The food we did get was very good. This included the Pad Thai with shrimp and the Tuscan fFresco.
5 stars for the management who gave us a ticket for three (3) free meals due to the lag in getting our food
This will be a really good place once they work the kinks out

Noodles & Company is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene on 132^nd and Dodge. Since I work very nearby, it’s nice to have a little more variety when I decide to step out of the office for lunch. I had never been to Noddles until this location opened and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected something a little more bland and traditional. This place wasn’t that. And while it didn’t blow me away, I am positive that I will be back.
