This was my first venture here. I had the chicken pad Thai. I always like chicken pad Thai– it’s just a matter of how much I like it. This was weak. The noodles seemed under cooked! There wasn’t much chicken. There were no peanuts. There were a lot of kids here –screaming– and it sounded like a Chucky Cheese. I do not know if that is a regular occurrence. I don’t think I’d return. There are other places that do much better. On the bright side, the price was not bad and the service was fast. Maybe you get what you pay for?

I had the chicken Noodle soup. It was tasty and the people were friendly. My issue is with the food. The tasted ok, however, there was significantly more soup than Noodle. The noodles were undercooked and the soup was lukewarm.

I’ve hesitated posting a review but a few months back I stopped to get a quick bite to eat and got sick when my chicken was raw in the middle! I hadn’t gone back since until today. I decided to stop to get a quick to go order. One table sitting and one to go order before me just left. It wasn’t busy at all and I get a small meal to go and it took 20 mins! The people eating at the table returned their meal because of raw chicken! I think I’m done giving this place a try!

They no longer carry Splenda or other low calorie sweeteners because they are going to all natural products. So why the &?! do they have a 40 different flavors pop machine? There are low calorie sweeteners, like Stevia, that are much more natural than soda pop! Ridiculous!

Looking to get some noodles for lunch and went with Noodles and Company off of 72nd near Nebraska Furniture Mart Greeted upon entering and it was a fairly quick turn around in getting the meal to the table Decent Pad Thai and I liked their pot stickers and the dipping sauce that went along with it(spicy). It hit the spot. The only drawback is that I would really prefer not to have to spend $ 15 for lunch. Wish it were just a tad bit more inexpensive. Overall a decent lunch. I enjoyed what I had and would come back to get it again when on this side of town

Coming from the west coast I had never heard of this place but apparently it’s a chain. I thought it was great for a quick bite to eat while out running errands. I had a Mediterranean salad with chicken. I ordered the small size which was perfect for a light dinner. The guy who took our order was super friendly and gave us complimentary cookies(which were yummy by the way) and drinks. I would not hesitate to come back again — lots of menu choices and it was fresh, tasty and inexpensive.

I always forget about this place. It’s probably that horrid parking lot, ha. Anyway, if you’re looking for a fast, casual chain that actually serves healthy meals, check out Noodles & Company. I’ve been here several times over the years and have always had a decent meal at a reasonable price. On my most recent visit, I tried one of their new Buff Bowls. My Japanese Pan had steak(a little spongy in texture, weird), broccoli, carrots, shrooms and sprouts atop a bed of spinach. Apparently this had less than 400 calories and up to 31g of protein. Not a bad deal for under $ 10. Service was fast and friendly to boot. I’ll be back for sure.

I was really surprised and pleased at the great food I had here. Obviously a chain establishment but they do it right! The ordering process was fun stand in line big menu over the registers and they give you a number to take to your table. A very short wait later the food is brought to you. I had the beef stroganoff. It was pretty darn good! noodles were perfect wide egg noodle al dente. fresh sauce over it and very fresh mushrooms with a good crisp to them but still cooked perfectly. The cheese and bit of parsley were of perfect amounts and bite to them. The beef was tender and had a great flavor to it! Im impressed and cant wait to try a bit more

Tried the pad thai, Caesar salad and chicken dumplings. Pad Thai was very mediocre at best… It’s not at all tasting like real pad Thai. The noodle textures weren’t great and the sauce wasn’t that flavorful. Don’t expect authenticity here. The salad was good. Then chicken dumplings were underwhelming. Very little meat and pretty flat. Maybe it was just the asian stuff that wasn’t good. As for pricing, it’s not bad. The additional side salad or soup for $ 1.49? more is pretty cheap. And the noodles were very filling.

I always enjoy Noodles and Company, and one day at this branch I had waited almost 20 minutes for my food before realizing that something was off. So, I checked with the manager and apparently my order had been dropped. Long story short, he got my order out within 3 minutes and wrote my name in a notebook for a free meal next time I came in. He was very apologetic and polite. Today I came in to redeem my free meal and it was easy as pie– the cashier and the manager were again polite and happy that I returned. Goes to show that you can work things out when you are polite and kind! Definitely going to continue to visit this Noodles and Company.

I’ve gone back and forth over giving these guys 1 or 2 stars, but I’m settling with 2 just because some of the employees care about their customers and in the past 3 years most of my experiences here were okay, but let me explain. When I first moved to Omaha 3 or so years ago this was one of the first places my friends brought me. It was a cheap, quick, and seemingly healthy meal so I was all for it. A little high in salt but the flavor has been good. I also appreciated that they were accommodating to people with allergies. This was the case for the first year UNTIL I had an issue that made me pretty sick. One of the employees did not follow their allergy awareness guidelines, put mushrooms in my food(what i’m allergic to) and nearly killed me. I send in a complaint & the general manager at the time talked to me on the phone and we sorted it out. I got 3 free meal tickets and he apologized. I was happy with this however still too paranoid to go back so I gave this to my husband to use. Well skip to a year later and I decided to give them another chance, which for me is like a miracle in and of itself. I was very cautious and checked my food and it was okay and since then no issues with mushrooms in the food. My relationship with N&C was great until about 3 months ago when It seemed new employees(I assume?) weren’t making the food right, and it was always the same issue. The noodles were gummy and tasted like rubber bands. I would also occasionally get under cooked broccoli but I was more concerned with the noodles being edible. I would get my money back for my meal and eat somewhere else but I always went back hoping it would improve. At this point I’m rarely going to N&C because it’s a pain in the butt to order food then have to go somewhere else to eat, however the manager was always nice. It seemed that 1 out of ever 3 orders at this point was bad and inedible. Then I made the mistake of ordering to go, I thought it was innocent as my last 6 orders had gone smoothly. I get home and same thing except this time my noodles were burned and over cooked. Even with hot sauce the food was not good and I ended up tossing it and just not eating dinner. I called the store up right after and the manager, again very nice, apoligized and admitted he cooked the food so he felt bad. He put me «in the book» and told me next time I came in I could get my meal for free. Seemed fair since it was a waste of 9 dollars. Now we skip to 9÷26÷2014 when I go into N&C half past 4. The lady at the counter took my order and due to my allergies went over it with me and everything was fine. I ordered a Japanese pan regular chicken breast, no mushrooms sub onion add cabbage. With chicken noodle. Pretty much what I always order except the added cabbage. The noodles happily were delicious and not over or under cooked except half the veggies in my order were missing, no broccoli or carrots as it comes with in the menu. I went up to the counter and told them I didn’t have all my veggies so they said they’d cook them and bring them out. No more than 2 minutes later the arrived and were not edible. They were drowning in soy sauce, broccoli was soggy, carrots were still raw. I was then approached by a man I had never met before who claimed to be the general manager. I did not catch his name. He asked what was wrong(in a very irritated manor) and I explained to him I didn’t get my veggies and that I also thought the chicken was dry but I had never had it before so maybe I just didn’t like it. He then proceeded to basically go off on me telling me I am too picky for them, have had too many issues with them not cooking my food properly and THEN told me that he was instructed by his manager to ask me not to come back anymore. I was/am absolutely offended at this point. At this point it turned into a big scene of him and I arguing because he was blaming me for his employees not cooking my food properly, and I was not the only person to experience this issue my motherinlaw as well as my husband have had the same issues. He also somehow blamed me for not recieving all the veggies in my food? He lacked any logic whatsoever and dodged just about every question I asked him. He refunded my money from the other day minus a couple bucks which at this point I wasn’t going to argue with him and basically told me to leave. I have never had an experience like this and my husband and I cannot believe this happened. This guy made a fool out of himself and me and put a very bad image of N&C to everyone in the place eating. People walked out and turned around which good on them. Not to mention you don’t tell someone their«standards are too high». Honestly I’ve thought about contacting someone at the N&C headquarters but honestly some two bit rate noodle bowls aren’t worth my effort. I enjoyed my N&C and probably had 200 successful orders prior to the 6 – 7 that ruined it for me but according to gm guy I am «never happy» so I will just leave now.

Yummy, sooo good~ I always get the macaroni and cheese with chicken, it’s so creamy and rich, I’m sure it’s like a million calories but it’s delicious. Worth it. I’ve never tried anything else on the menu, but it all *looks* yummy, I’m sure it’s all pretty tasty, judging by how good the mac and cheese is anyway~ Clean inside, and bright, all in all a great place. Expensive for noodles, but you pay for quality~

Came here for a quick dinner right before they closed. Noodles and Company is a chain a la Chipotle but offering different flavors of Asia. They offer an extensive menu of noodle options from around the world. For vegans, they do offer a separate menu informing you have what you’ll need to substitute, bit at least you have that option. While I didn’t find the food to be very good, I do applaud its attempt to reach a varied audience with their menu. I would just say more training is probably needed to better empower their employees with the path to success.

I went here because my girlfriend had a free birthday entrée. Even with the free meal, it was still pretty pricey. The place wasn’t busy, there was no line, we went in and ordered right away. We had to wait for almost 15 minutes before our food was delivered. I ordered Japanese pan noodles. The taste was very average, but not bad. Maybe I’m just used to more authentic restaurants though. For a fast food place, the wait/price was not worth it to me for the average sastisfaction of the food.

The level of service I received here during my last(ever) visit was terrible. I asked the cashier how she was doing and she literally just stared at my girlfriend with her mouth open. Despite there being no line she rushed us and was rude while we ordered. We had ordered to go and when the food was ready they didn’t even say my name. After 15 minutes or so I inquired and they got my food. My Mac and cheese was decent but my girlfriends food was gross. Almost no sauce and way overcooked noodles. It seems like the two things they do are sauce and noodles and they sure didn’t do them well.

Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. I walked in and approached the counter and instead of the cashier saying«hi» or even«welcome», she just starred at me. Not the kind of treatment I would expect from a place like noodles. I normally love going to other noodles locations before moving here, but this was far below their normal quality. I ordered the Indonesian peanut sauté extra spicy to go, and it turned out to be so dry that it was inedible. Too bad I live so far away otherwise I would have taken my order back to show them!

Usually I never come here but I wanted some spaghetti and was too lazy to cook. So after grocery shopping I stopped in here and ordered spaghetti and meatballs. What I got was penne and meatballs. Are you kidding me? I ordered spaghetti for a reason. Where’s my angel hair pasta? And I didn’t see it until I got home. So alas, I am now eating penne and meatballs. Blasphemy! Edit: Was contacted by regional manager and offered 2 free meals! Woohooooo! :D

For the past 6 years or so, I never considered coming into Noodles & Co. If I was willing to brave this travesty of a parking lot during mealtimes it was always for burritos or coffee in the past. But now I think I’ll have to add ‘healthy takeout noodles, sandwiches or salads’ to that list of things that would make me fight this parking monster because I was darn impressed with N&Co. Of course, the complimentary tasting tour a friend set up had me hooked from the beginning, but the most suprising thing about the food was the freshness. Noodles cooked up daily, fresh flavorful sauteed vegetables, seared and sizzing proteins, and belly-warming soups(not to mention dulce de leche cakes with mmmmm-mmm sliced strawberry garnish) were all on par with the food I’d expect to be eating in a bistro restaurant — um, truffle mac & cheese with portabella mushrooms anyone? Pick your base, pick your protein, log your calories and enjoy. (Yes, log your calories). One of the best things about this place is their open and available nutritional information: . If you’re one of those crazy people who occasionally cares to look into what you’re actually eating from time to time, the food here more than fits the bill.

Pretty darn good food for a fast food chain. This food is a great value, particularly if you skip the overpriced add-ins. NOTE: At this particular location, the parking lot is a complete nightmare. Prepare yourself for a hassle.
