McDonald’s

Oh, McDonald’s. Recreating your brand means nothing when drive throu times are over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me, a practically empty lobby and all of us having smaller sized orders. Store #22 513 should be ashamed sending out cold food after making people wait that long. No apologies or anything that resembled customer service from the staff. I worked for McDonalds and know that nothing on the menu takes longer than 5 minutes to make from scratch. I already know store #22 513 sucked but I check back from time to time hoping it will get better since its my local branch. Oh well. The only bright side to the location is the wifi. It has 15.39Mbps down and 4.59Mbps up. That super fast for free wifi. Burger King across the way has the same speeds of net and the food was out in 60s from ordering and hot. Go there instead.

Wow… just can’t believe that this place is actually in business… don’t believe me try it … …but I would take my own advice!!!

This McDonalds is an embarrassment to the chain. They are the master at taking one order at the drive thru and making you wait until the guy in front of you has his food and is done eating before you take the next order.
Food is always cold or wrong. Employees look like they have a good time at work, but not serving any customer.
Go to the one on 30^th and Ames its a bit of a drive but better service.
