Bryan’s crew completed a siding project for a neighbor. I spoke with Bryan at the job-​site and we scheduled an appointment for a possible siding installation for our home. Bryan took extra time to help us to decide the materials, the colors and all the details. Bryan is a great contractor/​businessman. He is very customer oriented. Bryan’s crew worked very hard and are extremely efficient. Our home required a lot of material, but Bryan’s people were really amazing and completed the job with no difficulty.
Our home is now one of the prettiest locations in the neighborhood. We are extremely happy to have hired Bryan and his company to update our home! Beauty and Value! It is rare to find this level of satisfaction for a very reasonable price in today’s world.

Bryan Downs was excellent with the estimate and answered all our questions. He did not hesitate with requests and never hesitated to put anything in writing. He was the most honest (out of 7 companies I talked with), the most cost friendly and by far the easiest to work with. Within two days of putting earnest money down, the roof supplies and dumpster were delivered and the next day the roof was completely redone. The crew were fast and polite. Bryan was there at the beginning and the end and would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the job and had all questions answered. Great job Bryan and Paul Hamilton roofers!
