They’ve really classed up these places. It used to be brutal visiting everyone’s favorite local cable TV and internet monopoly, like walking into a DMV that would try to upsell you every chance they got. Now, the Cox retail spots are set up much like cell phone stores.
You walk in and there’s a greeter who directs you to the appropriate station. I was here with my mother, who needed some new digital box or another that Cox should’ve offered five years ago because, you know, upsells and profits. Luckily, there was only a $ 6 a month upsell plus a $ 20 installation fee.
This retail location and the employees here offered up an A-​OK experience, despite my overall loathing for Cox as a company. (Note: I posted this review using Cox internet. Damn).
