Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good place to grab some tacos or burritos (you health nuts that get the bowls and salads shouldn’t even be allowed to dine at restaurants). By now everyone is familiar with the concept. It’s a bit like Subway for Tex-​Mex cuisine. Walk up to counter, state what you want, and then pick and choose which toppings to add.
The employees at this particular location are nice, it’s usually very clean in the dining room, and the line moves relatively fast. It’s still fast food, so temper your expectations accordingly. The level of service, accuracy, and quality that some people expect from fast food employees is genuinely amusing at times. If they want superior service and superb food, then they can go to a 5-​star restaurant. I never expect much from fast food and as a result I am rarely let down by it and thus rarely upset about it.
Typically, I prefer hot salsa at burrito joints and usually like the flavor of the red salsa over the green salsas, but at Chipotle their green salsa has a much better flavor than their red. The red is good if you want to add some heat to your burrito or tacos, but if you’re dipping chips in it then you want that yummy green salsa.
Where do I come down in the Qdoba vs Chipotle debate? Chipotle has marginally better quality ingredients, but Qdoba has better selection (and awesome queso). I’m going to have to choose Qdoba by a narrow margin.
Now, if only they’d start offering refried beans and some yellow gringo cheese!

after spending all day in omaha we wanted to stop for chipotle with our small inafnt. Before we left, we wanted to change baby’s diaper before a two hour drive home. THERES NO CHANGING TABLES. WTH!!! After reading articles about how chipotle doesn’t have them but will slowly add them to their stores they believe are higher in Sales for families is a joke. Until all chipotles are family friendly they will lose our business.
Food is great, service was friendly, facility clean.

This used to be my go to every week. Unfortunately, they have really been skimping on the meat that they put into their meals. It’s unfortunate, because I loved this place and now, when someone suggests it, it doesn’t sound good and I offer up another place.

Terrible service. Employees don’t know their own menu and get confused in your order multiple times. Hire smarter kids or train them better. Great food but will choose another location to get it.

I visited this location on May 30, 2015 during the beginning of a lunch rush hour (12:30). I asked for Jalapeños and the employee looked at me and asked, «what’s that?» In a snide tone of voice while motioning over the available condiments. This example of poor customer service is a growing trend at this location which transcends the quality of food and dining experience. I encourage management to learn the value in the ‘voice of the customer’ and train their employees accordingly.

I love chipotle because I know I will always get the same big delicious meal consistently, but I will probably never return to this chipotle location ever again. They are SOOOO skimpy with everything from the lettuce to the meat… even the extra guac I paid for wasn’t a filled cup as the employee kept scooping and taking out then re-​scooping, in the end I got a burrito bowl that looked like a $ 1 meal from Taco Bell, I’ll take my service to 72^nd and Dodge, I’d rather wait in a long line than feel like I got scammed.

Standard Chipolte but this location is exceptionally friendly and eager to serve. They do a great job of keeping the eating area clean. Guacamole is some of the best you’ll find anywhere. We’ve rotated what we choose off the menu and have never been disappointed.

Yes, Chipotle now has brown rice and about a year ago they added kids meals… Always enjoy eating out, but eating out healthy is hard to find. To appreciate the goodness of Chipotle you got to check out the movie Food Inc. on netflix.
It can get busy time to time but if you know you and have an iphone use the app and order it before hand and it should be ready…
