DO NOT SHOP here! I paid over $ 700 dollars for a couch and after 6 weeks the springs are coming out and they tell me sorry you received free delivery. Do NOT SHOP HERE. Horrible service, horrible quality and they will just take your money and sell you crappy stuff!

I bought a entire living room set. I was NEVER told that with floor models there was no warranty. On the back side of the contract that was attached to a clipboard was the statement. The front had no reference to that. The front was what I agreed to. Any way a year later the reclining couch has been in the landfill for 6 months. The reclining love seat leans and will be joining the couch soon. Only the chair will remain. We noticed that bolts were missing and frame was put together wrong. All were obviously know at the time of sale.

This is definitely one of those scenarios where you get what you pay for. Sure most of the items they have are at a good price, but the quality is lacking. I bought a couch from them about 4 years ago. I still have it even though it started to fall apart like a year and a half into owning it. I probably won’t purchase anything from there again because I’d rather pay more for quality.
