The coffee is great and so are the sandwiches. The staff are nice and there is a frequent customer program for both coffee and sandwiches.
When I’m in need of a place to work while in Olympia, this is the best wifi in town. If the wifi isn’t working, the staff are able to reset it and get it working again very quickly.

Everything is friendly and fresh and comfortable at Sertinos. it is easy to surf on my smart phone and PC while enjoying fresh coffee, pastries or their morning sandwiches. When in the area this is our favorite place to go for business discussions or for nourishment before and after a movie.
So — It is comfortable, WiFi friendly, and the atmosphere is casual-​comfortable. The staff are friendly and happy to see us. It is a five star for us because we like everything about Sertinos and recommend it to anyone who loves fresh coffee, specialty Latte drinks, pastries, breakfast snacks/​sandwiches or my all time favorite sandwich — their Panini sandwiches. Try one, they are great.

Excellent coffee, food, and atmosphere for a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have the best Chai Tea Latte in town. My wife and I are regulars.

Basically they have great coffee, and it’s always fresh.
Their commitment to quality coffee, food, and service is astounding. (in a good way).
The place is out of the way of mall traffic. Which makes it an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle if you are shopping or seeing a movie, and also means it is easy enough to pop in and grab a cup of joe without the mall food court hassle.
Their sandwiches are great, and their coffee, well their baristas make coffee their art.

I come here for their toasted bagels (the everything bagels with cheese on top) and cream cheese… mmmm! I’m always satisfied. Their hot chocolate is really good too. They got a new espresso machine early this week. I don’t really drink espresso, but the day it was installed the manager (or someone) came up to ask how my friend liked his espresso and offered to remake it if it wasn’t up to standard. We thought, wow, that’s good service! Today we got hot chocolates and the same guy asked if we like espresso– because they just got a new machine– um, way to remember your most frequent customers. The Jamba Juice lady next door always remembers me.
