My husband and I bought a reclining sofa and a reclining rocking love seat. Bought an extended warranty and spent a lot of money. Couch is 14 months old and after one week one of the recliners completely broke, all the hardware came crashing under the couch. Week two stuffing is falling out of one of the recliners on the love seat. Have to vacuum under it daily. It’s a mess. 1 year middle seat has collapsed on the side so to sit is uncomfortable and it’s embarrassing to look at. We moved and had a baby and in the process lost our warranty paper work and there is no replacement to be found or anything on file anywhere so no one will even look at the couches. By far the absolute worst furniture we have ever bought. We also bought a storage ottoman and all the buttons on top have come loose and the material under is sagging. Will never buy furniture from them again and will never recommend them. Will say that our sales rep did try to help us when I called numerous times but we are stuck with crappy furniture and we paid a lot of money.

I really like this store and my furniture that I got from here is fantastic! I got two sofas, a chair and an ottoman that opens up and has storage space. Unlimited choices of fabric selection on furniture, so I got the perfect one! It’s set up great in-​store, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the furniture I received and have had for for 6+ months now. I rarely feel comfortable around sales people, but Sharon helped me out and she was great to do business with and made me feel very comfortable! I would suggest this store to anyone for their furniture needs.

Well you need to educate your sales people then! That’s what he told us when we asked what reclining sofas were made in the USA. He kept saying look at this «baby» or check this out «baby» very unprofessional! Never saw you there on that day, it was just two guys. Then when we asked to find out how to get out of the store the other salesman asked how we were paying? I said were not buying anything we just want out of here. Trustworthy sorry I would not trust my business here. When I asked for american made all I was told is that your have everything made overseas so again I can’t make this up! Train your staff better. I will never return to your shop it is a nightmare, not sure what world your living in but that hodgepodge of a building is a mess. I use adaptive equipment so it was very hard for me to get around your store inside and out. First impressions are lasting impressions.
