In Touch Therapy

Horrible massage. Seriously was going to get up and leave. First off, the therapist was 10 minutes late. She brought me into the room, talked with me for about 4 minutes, and then left so I could undress. I undressed in 15 seconds, and was on the table within a minute of her leaving. She was gone for almost 6 minutes. Now it’s 20 minutes past the hour. She comes in, and spends 30 minutes «massaging» my back with 1, I repeat, 1 hand. That’s not how you massage someone’s back, really!
I can barely feel a thing, and am fuming at this point. I finally ask her why she is only using 1 hand. She says so she can feel palpataions. Um, screw that… Use both hands!!! So she does, but still I am getting no benefit from this.
I have 16 years experience giving massages to friends and family, with no training, and I do better than this woman. Then, at 5 minutes past the next hour, she stops, «Thanks for coming in, take your time», and leaves. That’s a 45 minute pathetic «massage» I just paid $ 75 for. Never, ever, ever again. I am furious.
I have obviously been a new patient before, and have dealt with training a massage therapist to do it how I like it, but they had actual skills. This woman was like she has never actually done a massage on a live person. It was ridiculous.
Do not come here for a massage if you are new to this office. It’s cheaper elsewhere anyway. $ 60 for a hour session, 50 – 55 minutes getting the actual massage. Good luck.

It was been the best four months of the last two years. When I first started I was asked comprehensively about my wishes regarding my treatment. They were very interested in recommending the practitioner that would best fit my needs. After the introduction I started seeing Kenton in October 2015. He listens so beautifully-​not just to my words but also to my body. He has systematically addressed long standing physical issues-​everything from overall flexibility to a constantly numb left arm. I love the homework he suggests. It’s doable, I can remember it and it enhances the work that was done at the appointment. I also love the online scheduling and how clean everything is. Everyone is so focused on your well being-​and that includes being warmly greeted and being presented with cool filtered water at the end of the appointment. Everything is just done so well. I’m scheduled through the end of March!
P. S. My daughter started seeing Mimi and loves getting a massage-that’s a first!

I had my very worst massage ever with Mimi. I asked for an all over massage. She didn’t touch my arms or hands (I love my hands massaged) didn’t use oil for much of it so just rubbing her hands on my skin. Technique was not good. I have had Kenton do a massage with me before and he was good.

Very happy with the services of this business. They have four massage therapists and accept multiple insurances or cash as a method of payment. Their massage techniques and style vary and therefore you have a good variety of massage options. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend this business to others!
