Not only do they push more appointments on you so they make more money, but they made it a real hassle to even get a note for a ball chair at work;which I never got anyways. I’m done going there. I would definitely recommend finding any chiropractor besides this one.

Dr. Brian seemed nice enough, however I felt like a walking checkbook. Every time I went in there it was constantly about making the NEXT appointment, and oh Lordy… Don’t miss one… I have actually stopped going there. However, one of the massage therapist Jaclyn deserves 5 stars! She’s amazing and puts you quite at ease, and really knows what she is doing. Definitely one thing I will really miss about going there.

Been coming here for about three years now for two auto accidents and recovery from years of sport injuries. The staff is kind and polite and the doctors really do listen to your needs. Caveat is that they do require their patients to do some homework i.e. home exercises to maintain the progress they made. Would highly recommend if you have been in any kind of auto accident as they accept I believe all insurance types.

By far, the worst chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. This place is a zoo. When I was there trying to get a massage, I couldn’t relax because I couldn’t help from hearing all about the front receptionist’s gossip, how she’s doing in her college courses, and every other conversation in the office. There’s no privacy for chiropractic patients since they are adjusted communally out in the open in front of everyone. «So modern!» They made me wait for almost half an hour to see the chiro, who needed to take xrays(then overcharged my insurance). So they made me wear a medical gown and told me to open the door when I was done. They cart you between rooms while wearing the gown but leave the door wide open in full view of anyone walking by. As a woman, I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a «medical» office in my life. Very unprofessional. Head to Capitol for any number of other Chiros that will leave you with a better taste in your mouth.

I came to Bay Center Chiropractic to address some chronic problems. The staff there are always very nice. The drawback to Bay Center is that I have listened to more sales talk there while waiting for an appointment than I ever have anywhere else. Everyone has to be signed up for some intensive long term therapy. I know they do try to be extremely thorough in diagnostics and treatment plan but I found that the actual treatment part of it seemed lacking to me. I didn’t feel I received enough attention from the doctor during my appointment, it felt rushed and perfunctory almost. I didn’t feel I would fit into a one-size-fits all treatment plan and while each person had a very specific diagnostic situation it seemed the recruiting of patients took way more time than the treatment of patients. This did not work for me but I’m sure there are many happy patients at Bay Center., so perhaps this is just a philosophical difference in approach, in fact I have heard from others who were quite happy with their treatment. I would rather not have to come in twice a week for a very brief treatment. I would prefer having a doctor spend a little more time with each session.
