This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Yea the doctor is really nice in the total 15mins he talked to me. And I wish he was actually my doctor who I believe if I have had an app with it wouldn’t be this awful. However, I have been here for going on 5 hrs to have a simple service done! Seriously this is a joke. I assumed this place to be better than seamar who once forgot about me… hmm. this is possibly surpassing that day. I have amazing patience btw.. and this pretty unbelievable.. except it is. because it’s happening to me right now.

The Olympia location is the slowest service group health. It took 18 mins to get a shot. Everytime I come to this one it take between 20mins to an hour. I have been in and out in the Seattle and Puyallup locations within 15mins for similar visits.

Where do I begin… First off it all I got taken care of by one phone call to the customer service line and Sandy was AMAZING!!! She was able to rush my insurance coverage, get me into urgent care all in the same day in a matter of an hour from the time I called. When I arrived at urgent care, the entire staff was positive, nice and very through… I wish I had everyone’s name to compliment them in my time of need, but I hope somehow they see this… From the Check in Counter to the Triage Nurse to my PA-​C, Kathleen Mraz, she was able to get labs done with results to follow with in an hour and even an emergency ct scan and was out of there within 5 hours and felt completely better… The nurses that were assigned to me were very attentive and new how to make me feel better without me even bringing my uncomfortableness to their attention. I have never been in a facility that they really truly care about you. I have traveled and been to some of the top notch facilities but Group Health your facility is truly amazing and your staff is the best… even the pharmacy was to continue the awesome customer service. I highly recommend this facility as it is a one shop medical facility and is up to date, and what isn’t they are remolding it as i type. I was able to get a follow up appt with Dr. Ronillo M. Legaspi, MD the following day, thanks to the gal at the urgent care check in window and let me tell you, Dr. Legs is awesome. Very thorough, concerned and no bs!!! I like a realist kind of person and very new age and modern… very knowledgable and communication does not seem to be an issue with him as I have experienced it in the past with other doctors. My family has a long history of auto immune disease and he was on point and knew exactly how and what to do… I like the thorughnes of his bedside manners and have made him my primary dr as of today. My husband also accompanied me and he is not a fan of anything that has to do with medicine and he too choose Dr. Legs. So hats off to the staff and completly A+ across the boards from labs to X-​ray techs to customer service and check in and lets not forget the pharmacy. Waiting was good and I highly recommend this awesome place… Thank You Group Health Staff I am on a road to recovery… xoxo

I’m very impressed with Group Health. It is very easy to schedule an appointment online, to check in, to pick up prescriptions, etc. I’ve recently been seen for a problem with my ear and the service I received throughout the entire experience was great. I had to receive a minor surgery to correct the problem with my eardrum. I came in for a consultation and got some great information to help me make the decision whether or not to get the surgery (understanding the risks, etc.). After some thought I decided to go throught with it. There were a couple of additional appointments to make sure I was healthy enough for the surgery, then I transfered to a different facility to actually have the surgery. The follow up after surgery was also awesome! I’m a happy camper well on the road to receovery.

I like group health for the convenience but WHAT PRIMARY care Dr do you guys recommend? My mother in law is needing to switch, Dr Joonas has a horrible bedside manner!

I use this facility when I have to go and get ears cleaned out and all, as this is a much better Group Health then the one in Tacoma!
for one, plenty of parking, easy to get to and the personal care people here know what there doing! (I dont get what Jim is complaining about, as I’ve never had any problems here, or for that matter at any Group Health)

Group Health itself isn’t bad. I love that it’s a one-​stop shop — doctor visit, labs and pharmacy all in the same building. I also like that you can email your health care team — such a great feature! For this I would give them 4 stars. But I’m mostly writing this review to warn people about a specific doctor. If you are like me, when I was new to town, I randomly picked from their list of providers. If you do this, DO NOT choose Dr. Jennifer Williams!
I first came to Dr. Williams over a year ago in extreme back pain. She sent me home with a back care DVD with printouts and told me to do Yoga. I new something was very wrong, and I took matters into my own hands. I decided to see a specialist (from which I needed a referral from Group Health– another negative here) who performed an MRI and found a tumor on my spine!
Because of Dr. Williams and the horrible insurance we have through group health I had to live with this pain for over a year. After a few days home from surgery, I experienced exploding pain behind my eyes and nausea. I’m still kicking myself for going to see my GP — what was I thinking? She passed it off as a tension headache and was SO rude to my husband and I — completely condescending, uncaring and unhelpful. Once again, I wasted time and money to see her, to get nothing out of it, not to mention I’m still in extreme pain and feel helpless with no where to go.
Dr. Williams is the WORST DOCTOR I have ever dealt with. Rather than helping with all of my medical issues, she has been a hindrance. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to changing insurance providers at the start of the year.

In case I forgot to mention it last time, my GH primary care physician is very responsive. For example, I sent an email to him via the website on a Sunday evening, and he personally responded to it in about 45 minutes. Not bad.
Anyway, still highly satisfied with Group Health, both in terms of the quality of service and the value. This is compared to several other health insurance companies we have used in the past.

Hands down, the worst healthcare myself and my family have EVER received.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Group Health. Each time that I have gone, the visits have been quick, professional, and personal. I’m very happy that I chose Group Health as my health care provider and always look forward to going here when I have an appointment.

My parents have Group Health Medicare. They have both received outstanding care. My father was very ill with chronic problems and they were always professional, caring and compassionate. We felt we could talk to the doctors at any time and they really cared about my dad and our family. When he passed away they called us to make sure we were all doing okay. I would highly recommend the Olympia Group Health to any Medicare person

I’ve heard many complaints about Group Health, but I have to be honest and say that I’ve never had an issue with them. There are perhaps a few doctors and surgeons I might have an issue with, but there is nothing major with that. There will always be better doctors and better surgeons.
The facility itself is rather easy to navigate. If you are a Group Health member, then you will most likely have an easy time finding whatever you need to find.
The pharmacy is rather speedy (usually) even when there are what seems to be 50 people waiting in line.
The Lab is also rather quick. I’ve never had an issue waiting to take labs.
All in all, I’ve had a pleasurable experience with Group Health.
