Burger King

Came in late night everyone was in a very good mood very clean inside food was grate one of the employees even cleared my trash from my table didnt catch a name but awesome experience all round will return.

This is easily the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, and we’ve given them many chances. It’s pretty sad when you recognize some of the staff upon arriving and just know you’re order isn’t going to be correct. Aside from receiving the wrong order, the wrong sandwiches, and the wrong drinks multiple times in the past, they never seem to put sauce in the bag, even when you ask for it, and remind them at the pick-​up window. The fries/​onion rings are warm, at best. Our last order was one of the worst. We ordered two number one meals, medium with a Coke, Root Beer, and onion rings. After getting to the pick-​up window, the man hands us our drinks stating, «Here’s your Coke, and here’s your Dr. Pepper.» My husband questioned him and stated that it was supposed to be a Coke and Root Beer. The man swore up and down it was a Root Beer, he just slipped up. In retrospect, we should’ve know better than to just take his word for it, but we were hungry and wanted to get home. We arrived home, and pulled out the food… The two medium onion rings weren’t even HALF full, and were ice cold, and the ‘Dr. Pepper’ he swore was a Root Beer was actually a Coke. After returning to the store, and relaying the problems with our order, the same man gave us a large root beer, and a large, overstuffed onion rings to compensate, which is the only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one. Of course, he gave us a hard time, still arguing that it was a Root Beer. And still, just yesterday we attempted to give them yet ANOTHER chance. My husband was going for a run, and decided he was going to grab some food on the way. We decided on Burger King, since the food was usually cold anyway, and it wouldn’t make much of a difference on his run home. He arrived just before 10pm, only to be turned away at the door because ‘they’re closed.’ If you’re going to close before 10pm, then perhaps your website and your door shouldn’t say ‘open until midnight.’ I guess if you want a Whopper, you better go early. Who knows what time they’ll be closing that day.

Worst food and service ever. Never. Again. We’ve been several times. They get our order wrong every single time. This time today, they made fun of us by laughing at us and pretending to not be able to hear us order over the outdoor speaker. I would say I wanted a deluxe burger, no onions. They would laugh and say no bacon or yes bacon? I said no, just a deluxe burger no onions, no bacon! We did this back and forth about every item on the order. Guess what we got? Overcharged (because well, bacon) and cold food, and yes I got a bacon burger with onions, I guess they had an expensive bacon burger they wanted to get rid of. Forgot one of our fries, the rest were so salty they were inedible. And how do you mess up a happy meal? I added it up when we got home, they charged us almost $ 5 over what it should have been. I guess that was our tip. If it were only one time and only one mess up but this has happened every time we have gone there. Last time we got someone else’s complete order including some chicken thing we had never heard of and a bbq sandwich. Who’s hiring for this place? Please do us a favor and quit hiring your family members who have nothing better to do, because this is all wrong. save your money, drive further and go to Dairy Queen. Yuck.

Fairly new location. Went in for lunch. Counter people very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Ordered my burger with no tomatoes, fries and a drink. I was called up for my order before I had my soda filled.
Burger good and hot, same with the fries.
Overall a good experience.

Yey! They brought the yumbo back! It was a delicious ham and cheese sandwich. Burger King buns are pretty tasty already but with ham, cheese, and some veggies, it is even yummier. it tastes kind of like a Subway sandwich but simpler. I also appreciated that they didn’t lather on the mayonnaise so that it felt less unhealthy eating it. They need to update their calorie information though. I tried to find out how many calories the yumbo was and there was no information. The two for $ 5 is great!

I thought I was just special, but the service at this BK was above average.
They would actually bring your food out to your table when it was ready if you dined in. And when I ordered dessert they would bring it out separately, after finishing the «main course». I felt pretty special and went there as many times as my wife would let me.
My favorite meals were the «Angry Whopper» and the «Bacon Sundae». You can hate on fast food as much as you want, but those are some tasty meals.

This joint is fairly new, as far as I recall, it opened in the beginning of this year, which kind of surprised me, that it wasn’t already in the Unilocal search… see the BK restaurant number: #18 268. It’s a small building, of course the fav drive through but the inside part is quite small, compared to other restaurants I’ve frequented. Yet I think being located where it is, it makes perfect sense to build on the drive through part, as it’s conveniently located on a intersection of two major roads in the OLY/​Lacey are.
Well the Unilocal world knows, I’m actually totally hooked on Mc D’s the arch competition, yet I enjoy from time to time to fish in the other pond, as BK’s Whopper is for me still a great competitor towards my beloved Quarter Pounder with Cheese.
But even BK is not protected from the typical people whoops’s one can encounter. Well I have to admit, I’m too ignorant or too naïve, I always belief when I order something and see that the staff copied it correct, why bother checking if all is in the bag anyways, right… WRONG, I’m too blond I guess, because I keep checking it when it is too late, so it happened today AGAIN to me, to find myself cheated out of one «additional» Whopper with cheese. Darn was I upset about myself.
So peeps, lesson #1 CHECK THE BAG before heading off in to the sunset…
The quality is great when it comes to the burgers, there’s no doubt about it, yet they can turn sloppy if you aren’t quick eating them, but I guess y’all know that already *SMILE. THe fries are for my 5 star liking too crusty, which ends this review with a decent 4 star, after all I cannot blame the restaurant staff for my own negligence can’t I?
