Gary and Ryan when I can in said hello immediately and where very helpful for the entire transaction.
Nancy however: when I came in I had a very heavy big box and I was by myself. Gary and Ryan where helping a customer (and still managed to say hello)
Gary was in training and I went to Nancy who was not with anyone I wasn’t recognized she did not look at me I stood there for a good 5 minutes before asking her if I could set my box on the counter, she paused and said that I could then walked away from me. Then she came back picked up the telephone and made a call — I was still standing there waiting. She never said a word.
After Gary and Ryan where finished with their customer I asked them if I could go to them and they (a little confused) waved me over. After that the rest of the process was easy. I noticed that Ryan was a manager.
I’m grading this store three stars because Nancy, Ryan can run that shit by himself — but he now has Gary. Your unfriendly, unhelpful and job shirking self should go home and stay there.

This fedex store is pretty darn good. The staff is always polite… I drop packages off here a few times per week and they are always friendly. I wish they would have a slightly better front door set up because carrying late parcels into the location can be a bit difficult when your fumbling to open the awkward doors… Other than that, this place is solid and the services they offer are great. They have many different pickups so your express packages will get rolling without waiting till the next day!
