Best bras I’ve ever owned. The staff was very helpful, and guided me towards the right size (they have a broad selection, which is wonderful). I’ve been back to purchase a variety of items, including a strapless bra for my wedding dress and a super cute swim suit.

Just had a GREAT experience here. I’m going on vacation and stopped in looking for a cute sleepwear set. I love how they started pulling stuff for me based off of one selection I made, from that they knew my style and size in every brand and encouraged me to try things I never would have. It was refreshing to shop somewhere where the sales staff was knowledgable, trustworthy and made me feel extremely comfortable in a shopping situation that could easily be awkward and a let down.
My surprise purchase was a bikini. I didn’t know they sold swimwear, but the selection was impressive with a variety of suits. I feel like I could take my mom and my early 30’s stylish cousin here and they would both find amazing suits. I never thought I would be so excited to wear a bikini.
Great shop. Great staff. A dying art of retail. A true boutique experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Satin Camisole. I purchased a Living Social deal voucher, otherwise I might never have gone into this little store. It is tucked away, and it is rather pricey after being used to shopping for lingerie at Target and even Victoria’s Secret.
But, what a difference in quality and service! I had individualized help from the time I walked in until I left with two new bras in a size I didn’t even know I was. The lingerie is so high quality — just the feel of the fabric tells you that. The sales lady fitted me perfectly, and had plenty of bras in my size that were not made to make me look like a porn star like those at VS. And, I had been wearing the wrong size for YEARS.
I am a super-​happy customer who will definitely return to this little boutique!

I went in to Satin Camisole with a groupon/​living social, something that had a discount.
There was almost nothing in the store that would fit me. I managed to find something I liked to cover the deal I had. I would say the staff was okay but not great.
It’s a waste for me to go in here so I won’t be back.

I was a bit nervous about going to this store after reading the reviews on the customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful and helped me find some good items that I wouldn’t have picked out myself but ended up really liking. They have good quality brands, but you have to be ready to pay for that. If you want a little splurge on nice lingerie, it’s a good place to go.

It’s tough because this is one of the only lingerie stores in town, and they have adorable lingerie and a pretty wide variety. However, they also have a very restricted range of sizes, which they mostly deal with by telling you in a condescending tone that the size they have will probably fit you.
Also, the staff tend to be incredibly rude and vacillate between obsessively hovering over me and implying that I can’t possibly be interested in buying anything. Several visits have started with them instantly asking what my price range is while I’m just trying to get an idea of what they have. I love lingerie and I will gladly spend money on it, and I wish I could do it there, but I always hesitate to go because I dread having to talk to the staff.

I generally like this place, but it is usually hit or miss with the customer service and selection. Some days when I go in there, they have fun and sexy stuff with a friendly and helpful staff to assist you. Other days, it seems less like a lingerie store and the staff ignore you or act like they want you to leave. Even so, my positive experiences here outweigh my negative ones and I would still recommend it – especially since it the only real alternative to Victoria’s Secret in town.

Incredibly rude sales staff. Beautiful selection, but truly nasty sales person. I went in looking for sexy, lacy bras and was literally told what I would like. Salesperson then told me «I’ve been selling these for 10 years, You will like it». She refused to help find what I like. Asked what I wear now and when told I had Lane Bryant bras due to cup size, she said, «Crappy bras like that won’t last» and continue to push the Bra I had already told her I don’t want. I can buy plain bras anywhere. I came to find something pretty, sexy, and lacy, not Blah plain. I left and will NEVER be back. I totally felt snubbed. It’s MY MONEY, I will spend it on what I LIKE, NOT what the rude salesperson tells me to Purchase! Lane Bryant, while a chain; was VERY Helpful, Kind, and incredibly helpful. Save your gas and skip the Satin Camisole store. It is a waste to even drive here. I left with nothing. Go to Lane Bryant instead!

uch, this place is not good. i was there to buy something sexy for my husband and myself for his birthday. i expected great, personal service and was instead treated to a loud, insensitive woman that sort of frightened me — right out of the store.
of course buying lingerie is personal and you need to be able to look around and ask discreet questions. instead of a conversation we ended up in a game of cranium or something:
i say ‘i’m looking for something like a teddy”, she (loudly) says «teddy? what do you mean ‘teddy’?»
i freeze up and kinda look around the room and she goes (loudly) «teddy’s are one-​piece. «i say, «yes, that’s what i mean.»
she (loudly) goes «like to sleep in or something else?»
i was just stunned into silence. i finally say, «i don’t know the right terminology…» and she goes, «don’t worry, if people did i wouldn’t have a job.»
only thing missing from her demeanor was smacking a piece of gum and calling my «honey.» i left 2 minutes later.

The best lingerie shop in Fort Collins — hands down.
Great customer service — always greeted with a friendly smile — and even though I have only been in a handful of times they always remember me and my size!
Fantastic selection of everything — for just about every budget. Their sales closet is probably one of the best kept secrets in Fort Collins — high quality bras and panties at a fraction of the regular price.
The staff is amazing — and great at helping me pick out both practical and fun lingerie. They have a great mind for what is going to fit me well.
The thing that really works for me is their fantastic selection of pretty bras for small breasted women. I’m only an A cup — but I can always find something great for me.
Thanks ladies! I will be coming back soon!

WIDE selection of fine lingerie and night gowns for a special occasion or as a nice gift (bridal shower, that special someone). Definitely nicer stuff and more options than what you would get at Victoria’s Secret, but also expect to pay a little more too.
I went in there yesterday to get a present for a bridal shower and I was greeted right away. They were very helpful with figuring out what size she would be and helping me to stay within my budget, which for that store was fairly low. None the less, I did not feel judged for my small budget and the sales lady was very conscientious of showing me things not above my budget. Once I made my decision, they beautifully gift wrapped my present at no extra cost!
I will definitely be going back there for myself in the next month to be getting something for my anniversary. They also sale the best thongs ever, Hanky Panky brand, which I will also be loading up on!
