Loyal T-​mobile customer for a decade or so. I’ve gone through three or four rounds of upgrades at this store & they have always been helpful & friendly. They generally have items in stock, in the colors we want, and are quite patient about explaining stuff to the Guy, who isn’t particularly tech-​savvy. Shout out to Johnny, who converted the Guy from iPhone to a new Android with the smallest amount of fuss possible.

I have been a loyal T-​Mobile user for nearly 10 years. In that time I have learned the best service from the organization comes from their retention department (tell the 611 robot you want them, they are amazing). Then again, they lack a physical presence and sometimes you need to speak with a person face to face. When that need arises, this store is probably the best in the metro. The design is sleek, modern and inviting. They typically have a good stock of phones and recently were the first to receive the Nexus 4 in the area. Most importantly, the employees are attentive, well mannered and knowledgeable. Overall, this store seems to be the best option in the area for existing subscribers and curious shoppers alike.
