FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I had a horrible experience at this location a few days ago. I went to print my CV in a booklet form and it took them about 30 minutes to get this done. I had a PDF of my CV on a flash drive and it was all ready to go. The woman had difficulties with the machines because one of them kept jamming after she tried it several times and then she had trouble sending it to another printer.
The main problem that I had was this man, who might have been the store manager since she asked him several questions during this process. He was not very helpful at all and seemed to do everything else but to help this woman. When she would ask him a question, he would just verbally answer it. Eventually, he came by to help her with the jammed printer and then told her to send it to the other printer; he did not make sure that she understood how to do this. She had so much trouble with it and meanwhile, this manager is doing other stuff like organizing boxes and orders behind the desk, going to the other counter to help (although they have two staff members there working already), etc. After 15 minutes in, with my CVs still not being printed correctly, wouldn’t you think to stand with the employee to help her resolve the problem? I just could not believe it! Eventually, she asked another employee for help and it took her a few more tries to get it all working. The other printer that she used was across the room so she had to go back and forth to the computer and the printer to see if it printed correctly. The manager could have been more helpful and resolve this issue faster.
I honestly did not think that it would take 30 minutes to print out 20 copies of my CV and I had to move my tutoring session to a half an hour later because of this. I wouldn’t come back to this location again and I hope someone talks to that manager!
