I agree with the no stars. This is «dentist» office is an absolute joke. Went in for my appointment which I had to schedule a second time because the «receptionist» that initially made my appointment, neglected to inform me that the dentist would not be in the day of my appointment. (Called me the day before my initial appt that I waited over a month to be seen). Strike one.
Finally was able to get seen so I went in the morning only to hear all the unprofessional staff laughing and telling stories to each other like a bunch of high schoolers. Super annoying. This «Dr» Rodriguez wasn’t any better, as she talked to the dental assistant in spanish. (I dont speak Spanish and last time I checked this is illegal to do so in front of a patient who has no idea what you are saying. This lady is very unprofessional and I doubt she even has her license to practice.
Strike two.
I was told I would need my wisdom teeth removed and I may qualify to have them extracted with no cost to me. I was told I needed to wait 3 – 4 weeks for a reply from them regarding this. Well here it’s been over 3 months and I have heard nothing.
Strike three.
I finally found a professional dentist who actually cares about his patients unlike this Rodriguez, and I refuse to call her a Doctor, for I can do a far better job than this so called dentist.
Stay away from this office it is full of unprofessional high schoolers, a moron for a receptionist, and a dentist that should have her license revoked.

I have been coming here for years and love the service. She has given me a root canal and crown in additional to check ups and cleanings. Three years ago I ran to her after another dentist told me I needed $ 3,000 in treatment for receding gums. Glad she is not just after money.

No stars! Only went to her because she took over the office after my dentist retired. Had some teeth filled and I had a crown done by her. My crown wasn’t put on right so now I am paying to have it fixed my other dentist. I had a tooth filled my her that should of been crowned because it was cracked. She just filled it. She loves to file your teeth if the tooth doesn’t fit just file it until it does.
Bottom line go to someone else.
