They are wonderful. From the start, they took my personal needs into account, are always warm, intelligent and professional, are careful and clear in explaining what I need to to have done and what can wait, and have done great work overall. It had been a long time since I last visited a dentist, but the process was seamless and comfortable. It’s as much in the little, considerate things as the dental work itself, and I welcome anyone to bring their smiles here.

I love Dr. Frederick and his staff. I feel like I am in expert hands. I say this after receiving less than adequate service from a dentist in Ventura. At Dr. Frederick’s office I have had gum scaling, teeth cleaning and a couple of cavities filled. They are gentle and thorough. These guys are always on time, are as friendly as can be, and do a terrific job. I have never had to wait at all. And I mean not a minute. And they check my insurance and let me know exactly what my costs are ahead of time, without me asking them to. I can’t think of any improvements they could make!

Dr. Frederick and his staff are phenomenal! My husband and I both see him for general cleaning as well as treatments such as crowns and filling care. (Replacing the old ones with new, nonmetal ones). Each and every time we’ve seen Dr. Frederick, our treatment and care were beyond 5-​star! Plus, I didn’t have any pain!!! (Even with all the drilling I needed…)
He is passionate about his profession, and genuinely respects each and every patient. We drive from Santa Barbara to see him, and wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. He is trustworthy and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. His staff is also very professional and caring.

Let me just say… I’m very afraid of DENTISTS!
However, after visiting Dr. Frederick’s office, I must say, I’m a fan.
It’s refreshing to know that a family practice really does care for the patients and the community.
Very knowledgeable, nice, and comforting (staff included (Allison & Jordan).
The office is very professional and clean. Not to mention he has what seems to be the latest in dentistry technology.
I would recommend Dr. Frederick to anyone.

It’s Sunday and I just left the office for a cleaning. Yes, Sunday. Dr. Frederick and Allison are so exuberant, caring, and professional. They’ve just left a thriving practice in Santa Barbara to open up a small practice here in Ojai, where they can spend plenty of time with patients and really help people. They’re amazing. Dr Frederick doesn’t pressure you into getting unneeded treatments… I definitely get the impression that he has fun helping people and has his patients’ best interests in mind. Even if I didn’t live in Ojai, I would drive far to see him. Best dentist I’ve ever been to.

What a breath of fresh air in Ojai! I had such a lovely experience in Brian Frederick’s office. I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences with dentists in my life and as a result have become the type of person who goes only when it’s necessary. A good friend of mine suggested that I visit Dr. Frederick’s office for a routine cleaning and exam. I am so glad that I went. This family run practice is warm and inviting. My exam and cleaning were both timely and painless and Dr. Frederick gave me a very thorough evaluation which involved a plan of action that was affordable. This experience has totally restored my faith in dentists, and I look forward to keeping my teeth healthy with Brian.
