The Rox Sports Bar & Grill

A quick pre-​review note: Keep in mind that I’m writing this (and all reviews of Odessa nightlife) with the thought, «Well, for Odessa…», onwards:
For Odessa… This place is exactly 3 stars. A-​Ok.
There are lots of different rooms with different vibes so it’s sort of like a shrunken down version of Graham’s. There are pool tables. It’s Odessa so smokers can smoke inside… It’s got all the key elements that make Odessa Bars the best that they can be, and it’s not like the bar can control who goes in…
Also, this place is deceptively MASSIVE.
The wait staff is excellent. I say this because despite sitting in a crowded room we got WAITED on… To me, that’s a big deal.
So, aside from a man borrowing MY pen and MY journal paper to give me his number… It was a good experience. (He then proceeded to ask if I liked NASCAR… eff you Odessa.)
If you have anxiety like the majority of 20-​somethings I know, it may not be the place for you… I was tempted to go fetal a few times.
