No place is perfect in Odessa, but if you want some thing decent you can get it here. The food is good, there really isn’t a way to go wrong here. You’ll get out fast, the staff is like a well oiled machine. They have a habit of skipping out on proportions, but they will usually fix it if you ask.

Way over priced. Complete rip off! I’ll stick to taco Bueno or taco cabana before I eat here again. They don’t have those in odessa but they should.

Me and my son spent the night in Odessa and when we went driving around looking for something to eat, he mentioned Rosa’s because he knew the Fort Worth location. He suggested we go inside instead of the drive-thru because it would be quicker, and he was right. We got our food very fast. He got the cheese enchliadas w/beans and rice… and I got the sour cream chicken enchiladas w/beans and rice. For fast food Tex-Mex on par with something like a Taco Cabana, it was just OK. I thought the beans were about average and rice were below average. The sour cream chicken enchiladas were not good at all. However, I really liked the homemade tortillas. I would like to try some more things from the menu before declaring this a bust, but I am mindful that it IS fast food. The price was decent. I will be going through the area again so I will probably post an update.

I love Rosa’s Café but it’s getting ridiculous. Especially the beef fajitas burritos, the serving size is ridiculously small, one has to double their order now!

Excellent!
Fast, fresh, authentic. They get it right even with the huge lunch crowd that pours in around noon. Your food is still hot, good & comes out within minutes.
I don’t hesitate to bring out-of-town friends there. Never disappoints!
