Papa John’s Pizza

Not very impressed. When I called in the order on a Monday night, I had to wait several minutes on hold. How busy are you on a Monday night?
The girl on the phone seemed confused about my request for a dipping sauce, and told me that she couldn’t enter that in the system, I would just have to tell them when I came to pick up my order.
When I went to pick it up, I had to wait a bit for someone to acknowledge me at the counter. Again, Monday night… What’s going on?
We got the sauces figured out (phew!).
The pizza was fine, but the breadsticks were definitely overcooked– even on the verge of being burned. Lame. I really like their bread sticks, when it doesn’t taste like I’m chewing charred matchsticks.
Oh well, I don’t live in Odessa, so I certainly won’t be back!
