Great Breakfast! Probably best selection of items in town as far as locally owned places. It’s a country Café so expect that. The service is good. The place is clean.
Eaten here several times and never had a complaint.

Food was average and decent. No complaints about that. It’s the fact that there were hardly any people there and it took at least 30 minutes to get our food. The younger waitress was rude to other tables and complaining about everything mentioned. What a bore! The roof and ceiling was leaking during the rain. Get that fixed! I use to be a roofer. Hit me up for an estimate. Lol
They allow smoking the the building so it’s uncomfortable for those of us who have recently quit smoking!

Judy K’s has the typical diner favorites like pancakes, hamburgers, etc.
I think they are probably the best restaurant of this type in Odessa.
They have a really good (and big) breakfast burrito with all kinds of ingredients in it.
One caution is that smoking is allowed so this may bother you if you don’t smoke. The ventilation is pretty decent though so it’s never been too obnoxious for us who are non-smokers.
Also they tend to be closed on holidays and the weekend days before holidays.
