I love this place, been going here since I was a little girl. The staff knows me, always asks how my family and life is. I am always satisfied by their work and walk out with a smile on my face.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. I’ve tried giving this place a chance numerous times and have received horrible service every damn time. The best thing they like to do is lie to you about the wait — 5 minutes, they promise. But, what they don’t tell you is that they’ll put you in the chair for the pedi but NO ONE WILL EVERY COME. I’ve timed it on my phone once and I sat there, with my feet in the rapidly cooling water, for 15 minutes waiting on someone. They’re a waste of time and money. What pedi’s I have managed to get from them were very painful as they dug into my skin with clipper trying to «round my nails» even after I clearly told them to cut the square. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I haven’t had my nails done here but a couple of the staff members waxed & shaped my eyebrows a few times & did an excellent job. They’re always friendly & talkative to me to make me feel comfortable. I gave this salon 3 stars because it’s hellaciously hot in there during the summer (they just leave their front door open to capture a small, occasional breeze — trying to wax my sweaty face in the back of the salon where there’s no breeze can be difficult; they need to turn on the AC) and at times, they rush me in and out of the salon because they can get quite busy on Friday & Saturdays. I try to get there right when they open (1000) to avoid the rush.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The place was poorly stocked with polish colors, doesn’t do «pink and white» nails, and the lady who gave me a pedicure was so rough I thought it was a form of punishment. My manicure… I will spare the details but it ended with me leaving with: unfinished nails, bleeding on three different fingers and a full refund for the manicure. I have never experienced a place this bad in my 15 or years of visiting nail salons. Please do yourself a favor and try somewhere different.

I went there about a week ago because it is maybe four blocks from my house. The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed that the polish colors were limited and they did not do solar at all. I never get acrylic and the gentleman started doing my set before he even asked what kind I wanted. Long story short, the price was decent even what I think is cheap, but the end result was a total waste of time. I will continue to go to Mai Nails/​and now I have found TOP Nails (even better) and drive the extra 15 min.
