Zora was very knowledgeable and the session was EXCELLENT. I tried this company buy purchasing a groupon and it was so worth it. First time I ever tried reflexology and it really really relaxed me(more so than massage session) and after the session my lower back felt much better! WOW. Glad I have 2 more sessions and will purchase a package after I complete my groupon!

I purchased a Groupon deal for 3 massages in July. I have been able to schedule and receive all 3 massages before Halloween. Note: This is an individual massage therapist that was looking to increase business, not a company with staff. She’s it. Zory is amazing and I’ve been quite satisfied with her skill level. She shares her suite with a gentleman that does accupuncture/accupressure. I’ve enjoyed my experiences and will continue to book my massage therapy with Zory. I understand the frustration others are having reaching her because it seems the response has been overwhleming. I guess if I had a few hundred people call me back to back wanting immediate service I’d be overwhelmed too. FYI: I also know she’s been out of town most of October and part of November with a family emergency. Patience is a virtue. The wait is well worth the personalized service I’ve received.

The price was awesome but I don’t really think this is a business at all. I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months now and finally gave up and contacted Groupon. I have left about 25 voice mails, always getting the same recording of, «if you are a Groupon customer we will TRY to get back to as soon as possible in the order your call was received.» I guess my call was waaaay down on the list because NOONE ever calls back.

DONOT buy this Groupon deal! Just like the three folks below me, I bought this over two months ago. I have tried calling DAILY for the last month and never get a live person or even a returned phone call. I also tried emailing and submitting a form via their website. Two months of trying almost daily(and every day for the last month), and no one has returned any of my inquiries. I don’t care what a «deal» a massage might be, it’s way too stressful just trying to book the darn thing! I’d rather pay more and know that someone cares enough about their clients to call them back and schedule something they bought fair and square. If you find yourself in my shoes, you can call Groupon customer service for a refund if you explain the situation. The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful. I told him that I think Groupon should not let this«business» offer this deal in the future and gave him the link for this Unilocal page so he could see what everyone was saying. This is the worst excuse of a business I have come across in all of my Unilocaling… they ought to be banned from ever offering deals again. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away.

Unfortunately I had to rate at least one star to get this to post. It deserves no stars. I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I have been trying to contact this place by phone and only get a recording«mailbox full» and cannot leave a message. They don’t respond to online requests either. I am thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. I need to find out how to get my money back from Groupon!

There shouldn’t even be a star for this review. I normally don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to warn other people regarding this business. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them(maybe comprised of one massage therapist) for two months now. After 10 voicemails and three emails later still no response. I bought my Groupon for just the one massage and can’t seem to be able to make an appt with them. No one answers the email or voicemail it seems. And the last few times I’ve called it seems like he/she was switching me right to voicemail. I’m calling Groupon and getting my money back, not worth any more of my time or effort. If they want to stay in business, call your customers back!

There should be no star at all — staff is non existent. Phone, email — you can’T reach anybody, and NO one person could not reach you either. Hello, knock, knock —who’s there? Nobody! — so why are you in business? Closed your business and stop being hard to get. I’m Unilocaling to you. You don’t want to experience this hide and seek mouse trap type of business. Don’t even think of buying the groupon.
