Let’s start this review naming first the offender, Dipti. She is the manager and incompetent is an understatement! On my first visit she refused to sell me the candles I ordered for my cake and had to call her manager for approval. Then the second time I ordered a cake they put the happy birthday on the decorations and she didn’t understand why I was annoyed that you couldn’t see the words, and when she put the box together she didn’t secure the cake properly so the box broke and my cake fell on the concrete. Don’t waste your money!

I’m giving this place one star and it’s not even because I got a bad batch of icecream. My chocolate milkshake was pretty great. BUT… the service made me want to walk out the door before it was even given to me. My cashier, right in the middle of taking my order answered his cell phone and had an entire conversation. Are you kidding me right now? There was another worker right next to him doing a count (hopefully not a manager)… who didn’t even say a word about it. Which tells me this thing probably happens all the time. Whatever happened to customer service? I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years, and I never treated people this way. Not even when they were about to throw their food in my face, screaming and yelling. This was ridiculous to me. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

mmmmm good. Ok I was in a hurry. but wow is it good.
I am set to try somewhere else this weekend that a fellow Unilocaler sent me. But for today mmmmm good.
