Ginza Hibatchi & Sushi Bar

Used to b a regular customer an place had great sushi. I eat sushi once a week here in orlando at many different places. This ginza was one of my favorite sushi bars. 6 months ago ate there an sushi was not edible. OK give em a pass for one bad meal but stayed away. Then 6 months go by an i try again tonight. Omg! even worse. Ordered sushi shashimi b platter. One roll was covered in a red sand textured spice that was so horrible an poured so heavily on it that the rest of that roll disappeared. California roll was tasteless an imitation crab at best tasted like a grocery store roll. Spider roll was over fried in oil that was way past its prime. Sushi shashimi out of 15 pieces of 5 types of fish on the plate I could only eat the 4 pieces of tuna. The rest were mushy off color smelled horrible etc etc. The few pieces other than the tuna that made it past my nose an into my mouth got spit out. Even the ginger was bad red color very dry just nasty. Not sure what’s happened to this place but I won’t b back.

I’ve eaten here many times. The ambiance is wonderful. Very chic and modern décor. Awesome staff! The sushi is phenomenal and no more expensive than other places of the same quality food, which is great! Worth checking out and they have a full bar!
