Waited in the drive-​thru line for 25 minutes, when I finally got to the order screen all the lights turned off and they said they were closed. Wtf kind of service is that?! Boycotting Wendy’s, it’s not that good anyways.

Pulled in the drive thru right at 11 exactly and they didn’t want to serve me. I get it they technically were closed. At the time I didn’t know they just closed. Instead of telling me they were closed, I said hello and they didn’t respond. I sat for about a minute and they turned of the menu light. As I pulled around front amd saw them. They still had the headsets on so I know they knew I was there. A sorry we are closed would have been nice.

I waited in like for five minutes. It felt like ten. Exactly one person placed an order in that time frame. I counted 7 people ahead of me. I did the math, and did not feel like spending my afternoon in this dump, so I bounced.
The experience was so efficiently bad, I don’t think I’ll ever go to a Wendy’s again.

The lady taking up my order at the drive-​through kept cutting me off when I tried to explain my order. She gave me my total so I drove up to the window. First they were going to give me someone else’s order because they said I ordered a number nine which I corrected them and that I ordered two number sixes. When they gave me the correct bag the order was still wrong. They could hardly speak English and understand that they messed up the order that for the first time in my life I handed them back all the food and asked for a refund and drove off. Would not recommend unless you want to be hangry.

Terrible quality food. Terrible customer service! I watch a couple wait 30 minutes for their order and then they get mine wrong every time I go in! I don’t even order anything special. Terrible awful do not waste your money!

Rolled thru late night And got two spicy chicken combos we where asked to pull up so it could be fresh and in the 4 mins they said had all fresh hot food order made to accuracy good job to this Wendy’s I will not hesitate to roll thru here again as I drive bye this all the time headed to the beach on my daily trips

So irritated, ordered a b baconator with no mayo or ketchup and a chicken burger to go, comes to 17 $ whatever, it’s fine. Get home and unwrap it, find out we have 2 baconators loaded with mayo and mustard and ketchup almost like they put extra on. Never again will I go there. If people can’t take orders they shouldn’t be working

Order came out perfect. I ordered my usual doublestack combo with spicy nuggets.
Noticed menu was priced fairly higher than most other Wendys restaurants.
I can tell the food sat under a heat lamp because it tasted old and didn’t hold up to the cool temp of my living room while i took the dog out to go do his business

just drove thru to pick up frosty jr. coupons for Halloween. no problems except the email I got said 10 coupons for $ 1 but it’s actually only 5 for $ 1. Still a good deal & the kids loved it when they realized what they were.

I never eat fast food, ever. Saw the ads for the berry salad and decided to try it.
This is the most disgusting. filthy place I have entered in a very long time. Peeling paint on the walls even. The employees are lame at best. The salad was marginal with bruised and wilted lettuce. The best part of the salad was the toasted almonds. The rest sucked. My hubby had a hamburger and he said it was horrible and my daughter a chicken sandwich which she commented that she never wants again.
The only thing beside the almonds that I liked was the berry iced tea. This place sucked so much that my husband called the company to complain.

The food here isn’t terrible for a Wendy’s… it’s actually better than most. The service is very mixed… all of the women here must be PMSing or something all the time, because they are always rude. Most of the guys are all right. Service is usually fast. The place has usually been clean. Like other Wendy’s, they’ve raised their prices unreasonably. I come here mostly because it’s walking distance from my work… otherwise, I’d take most other fast food places over it.

Everyone’s been to a Wendy’s and knows what the food is like, right? So after seeing the ads for the new cut fries with sea salt, i went to give it a try at this Wendy’s. When I walked in around 1 pm, the line was about 10 deep and only1 cashier… almost walked out as they were sloooow! I ordered a jr. cheeseburger, which was cold, a value fries, which was room temp, limp and almost saltless, and a chili. The chili was very hot and had a good amount of meat and veggies and not as watery as before. This was the only decent food. If they are going to promote their new fries, they should cook it right, season it right and then maybe they can get repeat customers… and that goes for the burgers too!!!

Something isn’t right here. The prices are a total rip-​off. Maybe it’s an Oceanside thing, but in Portland the burgers are larger and the frostys are cheaper. I paid over three bucks for a 20oz Frosty before noticing that they have 12oz frostys for only $.99. So, I could have gotten nearly 36oz of Frosty for the same price as a 20oz? wtf! The place was completely empty, but the tables were DISGUSTING! There was goo and what looked like duct tape residue on every table. This place is way too gross and expensive to be considered a place to eat.

I bought a baconater the other day and I didn’t like it. You have to salt and pepper your beef. You can tell the guy on the grill doesn’t care about what he serves you. sad Every thing else is bla also. Salt your fries! It’s not hard. I worked at a Wendy’s once and I know the difference between the good food they serve and the crap you give to people when your being lazy. Two stars because I still remember the $ 1 5piece chicken nuggets were my fav once.

This particular Wendys has been getting too much business from me and I dont like it. Im trying really hard to slim down the olé waist line and eating here does not help.
The salads are misleading. Just because its rabbit food does not make it healthy. When theres cheese, fried chicken pieces, oil based dressing, and other villains, the calorie count escalates and you might as well have gotten one of the regular combos. The sum of all its parts people. The sum.
The chili is ok, but Im not crazy about all the beans. I used to make this stuff back in high school. Wendys was after all my very first J.O.B. I used to get the fries and make myself chili cheese fries all of the time !
Out of all the fast food places, Wendys apparently has sentimental value to me. My first paycheck and my first slice of financial freedom.
