My lesson learned is to thoroughly research obscure online vendors before shopping. The other reviews are very similar to my experience — false advertising, rude, ridiculous, non responsive customer service. Sad a company like this can stay in business

Terrible experience, the owner Scott is one of the worst people in existence. Completely rude and condescending to customers and staff alike. This business has no computer system so customer information is lost daily. Appliances don’t even leave the shop in better condition, they do nothing. Place should be demolished with Scott Resnik inside

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS — DON’T BUY FROM TURNPIKE APPLIANCES!!! Terrible customer service, beyond rude, people who work there are bullies! They did not refund my «free shipping» costs, never returned my email when I inquired as to why, and just overall the WORST experience ever! They don’t care that their lack of customer service, and total unprofessional attitude = NO REPEAT CLIENTS. You are AWFUL and you should not be in business. You are treated like you are doing them a favor by trusting them. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I wish I could rate them BELOW ZERO. Awful, terrible, I wish I could really use the words I want to describe them.

My Braun charging station broke. I found this place through the internet and drove to it. I was greeted efficiently and taken care of right away. I was called when Braun delivered my new charging station and I preferred to pick up the item instead of having them mail it. From start to finish everyone was courteous and bussiness-​like. The entire process took less than 3 weeks. They did a fine job and I would recommend them to anyone.
