I rebuilt my home after Hurricane Sandy so I needed all brand new appliances. Not only did I get a quote that was thousands cheaper than PC Richards. My refrigerator got dented in the move which of course really bummed me out. I called Home up and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Great place with awesome customer service!

Deplorable and perversely disgusting. Mike and Jeff of Home Appliances refuse to give me a refund for items NOT in my possession. They lied and said that we took possession of an order because they «placed on a truck» when I advised them never to do this as our home is still under construction. Then they said too bad, no refund– and by the way of $ 11,000 of merchandise. Very sneaky and crooked. On top of that, they refuse to work with us and are never available– always on vacation it seems. I still do NOT have possession of the order. Buyers please, please beware.

I can’t say enough about the help we received from Sharyn at Home Appliance in Oceanside. After having a frightful experience with two Frigidaire appliance service companies Sharyn helped us wade through the red tape and helped us get a credit from Frigidaire toward a new refrigerator. We had very serious size limitations and Steven helped us figure out which model we could accommodate. This store is all about service and does and calls when they say they will, a great rarity in the world of service today.

A few weeks ago my new 50 inch Panasonic Plasma TV purchased
at Home Appliance Corp was delivered to my house.
An hour after we set it up 2 thin black lines appreared across the screen
I called Home Appliance corp and basically was told by Jeff the owner
Here is a 800 number for Panasonic take it up with them.
Home Appliance corp has no guarantee.
If this were Best Buy, PC Richards or a larger appliance store
I could have returned it and would be sitting here enjoyng a new one
Instead My New Plasma TV sits in a repair shop waiting
for Panasonic to send a new board to replace the bad one.

love supporting the mom n pop stores. these guys really know their stuff, are super friendly & incredibly helpful. they often do price matching & my father will not buy anything, from anywhere else

We dealt with Jeff when purchasing new appliances for our home. I think he is one of the owners, which is cool because when was the last time you bought something from Mr. Sears or Mr. Lowes? Not only was he friendly and helpful, but the entire staff their really went out of their way to explain everything I wanted to know about refrigerators and dishwashers.
Jeff looked up every possible rebate I could get on my purchase. Plus, my new appliances were delivered right when Jeff said they would be, not within some mystical 10am-​3pm window. Classy.
Home has a wide variety of… things for your Home. From reclining chairs, couches to BBQs to HDTVs and dishwashers. Anything you might want to stuff under your roof, they either have in stock or can get for you. And they seem to know all there is to know about they sell, which is nice. No question seemed to throw them off, and if Jeff didn’t know it, someone else in the store did. No pressure sales tactics. No gimmicks. Prices comprobable to the big box stores, but with WAY better service. Check them out and see for yourself.

Big kudos to the folks at Home Appliance. .. they really have come through for us. While we used them for all of the brand new Electrolux appliances, they have come to our aid when we have had problems with some of the said appliances, in particular the refrigerator. Since we initially received it, we have had problems with it of one sort or another — generally speaking either things have been freezing in the fridge or/​and the ice maker has given us problems, and one of the drawers has given us headaches as well.
When we first started having problems, they replaced the entire refrigerator for us. Then when the new one gave us the same headaches, they ensured we got service on it – multiple times. When that didn’t work, they now have fought with Electrolux for us to get yet another refrigerator, as opposed to having a repairman come for a third or fourth time. So now they got the approval from Electrolux and we are waiting for delivery of the newest refrigerator, and hoping that this one solves all of our problems.
We have also bought a washer and dryer from them and we expect to be purchasing additional electronics from them in the near future when we complete the work on our basement.
These guys are top notch and totally worth every dollar we have spent with them so far.
