I give up, these guys don’t know what they are doing. No one there could answer a question about priority mail vs flat rate.
They closed 5min early and wouldn’t let me drop off 10 already labeled and ready packages.
No receipt no nothing, just drop off.

I can’t stand this ups. Sales associates are terrible high school girls and they have this retarded $ 1 charge to tape your box.
I needed just a little tape to close the box. And because I’m a card guy, I didn’t have a buck to pay for the stupid tape without a $ 5 minimum card fee. So she refuses to ship the box, which already has a label on it. I went to the ups on camino real and they took care of it no hassle.
Terrible location. Terrible customer service.
