Worst customer service… went in didn’t even get a greeting… on top of that they talked amongst themselves about how they needed more clubbing in there life… and they were eating and just hanging out about how they got shit faced at the club… so annoyed…

In N Out that’s what Radio. Shack should be all about. The employee with the beard sorry I didn’t get his name was pretty cool. Asked the necessary and not the un-necessary. Glad they had the item in stock. We as humans like free stuff. Unfortunately I didn’t need anything else at the time. Nice looking store not overbearing with stuff like normal. If you happen to get an email from Sprint, I’d say rush on it. It’s rare that they give up something for free.

Beware: Radio Shack no longer accepts its faulty products after 30 days — even for store credit! This is a new policy which shows the company is on the decline. Rip off the customer with the faulty products — and no recourse. Staff at this particular store acted like they could care less. This is a sad state for once proud company.

The sales associates were very friendly. The location is clean and convenient when you need something electronic fast. I went here to use my 10 dollars off coupon I got at a different location when I purchased my new cellphone after needing one asap. Radio shack had the best deal.
