Pros *convenient *fast Cons *consistent menu, but unable to make a consistency in product *order rarely accurate *places items not on product *gave an allergen to am allergic client even after being told, that customer was allergic to product Summary Training might be needed. But a pride in doing your work might be what is needed. I understand that you are working an entry level job. Learn from your mistakes, and pay attention to what the customer has said. If you can save them money then you should let them know about a deal pertaining to their order. Or if they have ordered 2/3Rd of a meal let them know how much more out would cost to get the entire meal. Just a couple ideas to see improvement. Result I can not rest here anymore for fear that I will get an allergen in my food even though I didn’t order it. Love your sweet tea but alas I can live with out.

I spent $ 33 getting 4 meals and I pick up my Ned drink it feels way light and it’s half empty. They were also super rude when I asked for the sauce for my chicken nuggets. Will drive to the further McDonalds next time.

I go to this location every day for a soda on the way to work. Staff is always efficient and friendly especially Michael who goes out of his way to be the best employee ever! I have eaten there on occasion and food is always well prepared also.

They have such bad attitudes. There’s a fat girl that works there that looks like the Tasmanian devil who always has the nastiest attitude. I have heard this from several people. I wish there was a Burger King close by but unfortunately there isn’t so on the rare occasion that I do stop by it is with a heavy heart that I do. I will say this, the new Oreo frappé is pretty good. Wish they would bring those daggone Mighty Wings back.

Indoor play structure? Yes please! There’s not enough of these around, and this one is free! Apparently they have food here too, which is fine, but for me it’s all about coffee and an indoor play structure. In air condition mind you! I grab a sugar free vanilla ice coffee — delicious — and sit around watching my kids go nuts on the play structure. Kids get hungry? No problem, they’ve got some apple slices for $ 0.50/ea too! Great place to hang out!

It is McDonald’s so you should know what to expect. I am pleased that they are now serving select breakfast menu items all day. The kids that work here are always nice, rarely mess up the order, and the food is usually pretty fresh. No complaints from me, I sometimes crave the food and am glad to have it by my house.

Drove thru today for a Filet o Fish Friday lunch :) The drive thru surpisingly was not very busy, so I was on my way within a few minutes. When I got back to work 5 min. away, my sandwich & fries were still piping hot! Yay I was happy :)

Probably the worst service of any McDonald’s I have ever been to, as I’m waiting with my kids to order after the person in front of me went I felt like I was invincible I waited over 4 minutes so I grabbed the manager and asked if anybody worked here? everybody behind the counter was staring into space and English was clearly not their first language the manager failed to apologize and recognize this even screwing up my order of 2 simple happy meals failing to give me napkins barbecue sauce and the correct beverages for the kids, Epic Fail! the place looks super modern on the outside but the inside management clearly needs an overhaul the only reason Truly a shame because it’s a great neighborhood and the play area is a huge draw to us parents I gave it 2 stars was for the playground activities in I won’t be back for a long time & i plan on sending a lenthy complaint letter to corporate as well.

Came here for breakfast at 6:40am…what a mess, flood of water you have to walk through to enter, yellow cones all through the store… not a pleasant experience when company is too cheap that they don’t start cleaning until after store is open and customers are all around

it was a breakfast thing, it was McDonald’s nothing more or less, i will go back because it’s cheap. but not if they cave in to the unions and give up $ 15.00 an hour, keep the labor unions out of fast food !!!

Dirty, walked in and there may have bee more then a dozen dirty tables, 4 or 5 customers. Took a while for some one to drag themselves out from where ever they were hiding to address. Ordered, had to go back for drinks as they«forgot’ to include. Counter person, with half grin: ‘my bad’

This mc Donald is a Greedy Money Hungry Franchise! When their is a special on Soda, Tea, or any kind of meal deal, they try hard to end that deal early without an explination, and have their employees lie about why they don’t have any of the beverages on sale or meal deals like other mc donald’s. They take your money then say Oh by the way the soda is a dollar instead of .69 or we no longer have the 2 big Mac for 3.50 and other mc donald’s still have those specials going. Oh they also try and give tea in a 32 ounce cup instead of a 44 ounce cup. Cheap assholes…

Not sure where to start with this review, after all, I always though all McDonald’s were pretty much the same, but this one wasn’t. I ended up wondering if it’s a «test location». I was in Oceanside for a business meeting, so one my way back to the 5 freeway McDonald’s sounded good so I pulled in. Now the place was spotless, and very new looking, but not the usual McDonald’s color scheme or furniture. There was a couple of TV set with CNN on, and a strange mix of tables and chairs, all matching, but some booths, some individual tables with loose chairs, and some with the chairs attached. It was almost like the were trying several different styles out to see which was most popular. Ok, to the ordering, nothing special here, I ordered a McRib(yep just had to), fries and a coffee. Then it got strange, I was asked how many creams and sugars I wanted. I asked aren’t they by the condiments as usual, and was told no, here we give them out. Hmm.then I noticed, but the drinks there were only lids and straws, no salt and pepper, no creamer, no sugar, and very surprisingly, no napkins. I got my food and quickly used the 2 napkins I was given, so I looked around for the napkin dispenser, couldn’t find it, so I asked one of the staff. She told me I had to ask at the counter for napkins. So I made my way back to the counter, there was a line by now, so it took over 5 minutes to get to the front of the line. I asked for napkins and was asked«how many» I guessed at 6 and got 4, that was«the limit». Then I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, and again, very clean, but no paper towels, just the air hand dryers. Overall everything was ok, but it just felt strange, and so this is not a McDonald’s I would go back to again.

For some reason, everytime I’m driving back to LA I crave McDonald’s. I texted Google while I was driving to find out the next location. I’ve only been to two McDonald’s in North County area(this one and the one off Via de la Valle) but have noticed they both have two ordering screens. Is this a North County San Diego McDonald’s thing? Anyway, as I placed my order this is how the conversation went… Me: Hi, I’d like to order a 6-piece chicken nuggets kid’s meal with coke and a small iced caramel latte. McD’s Worker: Did you want that latte hot or cold? Me: Iced. I really wanted to say back to the worker«I like my iced lattes cold» but I feel he would probably not share in my humor and I would probably end up with a little surprise in my coffee.
