Horrible customer service, they messed up our order twice, and apparently they don’t take cash and they are taking orders by hand you see if they have people fixing their stuff they should really notice the people before we take orders at drive thru

I always have a good experience here so I don’t understand the bad reviews. I usually use the drive thru and I never had any problems or had to pull to the side as they get my order together. The area may not be the best but it’s convenient because it’s right on Mission. Also if you dine inside they used to have the soda fountain behind the counter.

Ordered a Mc muffin combo. The nice female manager that helped me asked «medium or large?» since I didn’t want an upgrade, I asked for a medium. But as it turns out I was charged an additional $ 1.29 Drink Upcharge. That’s bull ish. This is such a dishonest and unethical business practice. Unacceptable.

This place is horrible. bad customer service and something is always wrong with my order every time I come here. this would be the last time I come to this piece of shit place. The manager with colored eyes is an asshole.

So you know the old joke, seen in movies and sit-​coms about how the late night drive thru is so inept? I went to this newly remodeled 24 hour McDonalds at 1:15 am. There was no other customer in sight. I ordered the meal for my passenger and a double cheeseburger for me. As I drove up i noticed the screen said cheeseburger. I told the window person there was a mistake and they immediately corrected and gave me the new amount. I paid. We waited a good two minutes for the fries to finish. No big deal. Get the order and go home. Sit down and guess what– yep no double cheeseburger. It is so amazing to me that the staff had one customer ordering a Big Mac meal and a double cheeseburger. That’s it! And still didn’t get it right.

Wow, dumpy old McDonald’s got a upgraded facelift! And it’s now 24 hours? I didn’t realize this location was so busy?! Anyway, it looks good. Brightly lit & w/​2 drive thru lanes. Let’s see if the service can match the new digs. Since we’ve been coming here for a few years now, the food & service is never consistent, but it is a McDonald’s so expectations are never too high. But when I need a filet o fish or big mac fix, they deliver.

Im giving it four stars, not because of the food, but because of the service. Ive never once had an issue with my order, and the drive through attendants are usually pretty friendly. Ive seen the reviews that knock this place for messing their orders up, but i have yet to experience that. The food is McDonald’s, nothing to special… ever. Except Their strawberry Pies! (Which are back) I love those!

It’s your usual McDonald’s, but as they say… location is everything. This one is located in a somewhat seedy area probably because there’s the nearby Ocean’s Eleven casino. Their soda dispenser is behind the counter so only the employees can access them.
The employees were sufficiently friendly and got my order to me pretty quickly. However there was plenty of graffiti scratched onto the dining tables and there was some food on the ground. I would opt for their drive-​thru next time.

Every time I have been here there has been something wrong with my order. Such as today… we ordered a happy meal for a girl and got a boy toy. They also forgot to give us dipping sauces and I constantly get a regular tea when I order a sweet tea.
Come on McDonalds, you’ve been around for how many years and you still can’t get things right?

This is probably the friendliest drive-​thru ever. Very polite!
Other than that, just your regular neighborhood McD’s :)
