Love this place! Fast easy service experienced in usmc alterations as well as fashion. I can pick up surplus, drop of hubby uniforms, my comforter and get my pants tailored at the same time. Medals mounted as well.

I needed a uniform tailored and cleaned for a retirement ceremony within 24 hours and they were able to get it done for me. I am FOREVER THANKFUL and you have earned a customer for life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Today is the worst customer service I have had when it comes to tailoring since I joined the military. Every year, a couple times a year, I go in to Jeanette’s to get my uniforms tailored. Every year I get my Dress Blues tailored here and usually no problems and good work done. Today was honestly ridiculous and I will never go back. I dropped off my blues two weeks ago and asked for my trousers to be let out, when I picked them up I noticed that they didn’t look any different on the seems. I asked the representative at the cash register to see if they had been altered as I had asked and paid for, and she said yes and then read the order back to me. Going from previous pleasant experiences here I assumed she was telling the truth. Well a surprise uniform inspection proved me wrong. My trousers weren’t let out and actually fit even worse than before. I tried to call the shop in the evening and this morning but I had to go to another tailor early this morning and pay $ 54 to have my trousers fixed last minute for the Ball. I went back into Jeanette’s to tell them about the service I received from them and had my info taken down for a ‘credit’ on a future tailoring need… Well considering that usually it costs $ 7-​$ 15 to have alterations done and I paid their price plus the $ 54 to fix my trousers after they had them, I won’t be returning. I would only give one star, but I’ll add an extra for the previous better years.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They have no concept of proper USMC tailoring rules, timeliness or customer service. Avoid at all cost.

This place is absolutely horrible. I got my blues tailored here and the skirt was way too short. My blouse was way too big like they didn’t even tailor it and on top of that my chevrons weren’t even centered on the sleeve. I paid close to 200 getting everything tailored. Absolutely worse place ever! They don’t even deserve one star!!! Never go here!!!

SO, I went in to pick up my blouses that needed crows sewn on them and at first I was only charged three dollars per blouse. I had three blouses and one cover. My ticket said something like 12 or 13 dollars. I went in and got them and they couldn’t find them at first. Then, they told me they were not even done yet and they had gotten mixed in with the dry cleaning. Then they told me the lady had charged me wrong the other day and it was three dollars per crow so it went from 12 to 21 dollars. WTF? She told me that it’s more expensive because I’m NAVY and not MARINE. WTF again? Then I had to wait for the freaking guy to sew them on and that took forever! He sewed them on wrong the first time so he had to do it again, so I just waited some more. And then at the end of all of this I paid them MORE than I was quoted. So I pretty much paid them to slack off and not have my blouses done on time. This place is shady. They are unorganized, unprofessional and the shop is dirty. I should have known better but I needed it done on the fly so I guess thats what I get. They are very dishonest.

So, I was quoted 2 dollars a blouse. Came in and now they are 7 dollars a blouse. She said the lady rang it up wrong the other day. Sketchy as fuck. On top of all that they weren’t even sewn on and I had to wait 20 mins while they sewed them on wrong and I made them do it again the right way so… Another 20 mins. I had just gotten off of a 13 hour shift as well so I was seriously unhappy. The lady was just acting like everything was all daisies. Do not go here, they will rip you off. They shold be ashamed because they are prior military and know how they pay is and how much we all work.

Awesome place! They remember you, know what they’re doing, and are very affordable! I wear suits to work so I’m there about every weekend. and I wouldn’t go any where else! :-)
